The hotel is good. Seems to be new or fresh renovated.
Breakfest is good. No eggs verity, take what is served, and the food is mostly too dry (scrambled eggs for example).
Location is outside the city. Would not recommand it to my family as first choice if they want to visit Munich, but for business people it is a good location, depend where is your office / Fair.

Reservation department are keeping offering me price which is in 20%-30% higher than the actual price when I book it in any other platform. Therefore the price relation is rated as bad.

I stayed at this hotel for a trade show at the end of April.
My company chose this hotel as it is right by the Messe complex and we had stayed there before.
Rooms are very corporate and have been updated since our last stay there. Plenty of space in the room, but there were a few downsides.

The bathroom in my room was quite small, not much room to move about. Okay if only one person is staying in the room, could be challenging for two people.
Not enough hangers in the room, not good if you are on a business trip and need to hang dresses, blouses, shirts or blazers.
The in room safe could be bigger, especially bearing in mind that this is a business hotel. I could only get my 15" laptop in by putting it in diagonally as the safe opening was not wide enough.

The free bottle of water on arrival was definitely very welcome.
A very positive thing from my point of view: The hair dryer was a proper one, not one of those hotel devices where you have to hold a button the whole time you dry hair.

One point that annoyed me a little was the fact that I had to switch rooms for the last night due to water damage.
Of course, this was unforseen, but a note at the door to please contact reception would have been nice. Instead I only found out when the key card did not work. Some communication from the hotel would have been appreciated, especially as they had all my contact details.

As with another Munich hotel, I was very happy to see that many staff members who were there pre-pandemic were still working at the hotel.

Already booked my next stay there for next year June.

After a nationwide strike caused a 5-day flight delay, as well as having an airline lose both of our checked bags, Novotel Munchen Messe was a lifesaver! While we were certainly ready to go home, this hotel was probably the best case scenario for us. The rooms were fairly quiet and comfortable (except when neighbors' children ran in and out of their rooms, slamming doors), and its location next to Riem Arcaden gave us the opportunity to get some replacement clothes, toiletries, and some decent meals. Plus the bartenders provided better service than we'd received in 90% of the restaurants we'd been to throughout Europe!

Huge lack of communication/knowledge so as to provide adequate assistance/service to the customers.
We experienced cumulative issues. We talked about them to a manager which offered the parking...
A big problem was the cleaning men who entered in the room, before the check-out time, after knocking at the door just once. He entered the room without mask (!!!) and wihtout shoes (!!!). Our children were far (unacceptable) in another room and they could have experienced the same scarrying experience.

Well the Hotel itself was excellent the staff and location awesome . Unfortunately my wife got covid the staff were quick to advise of what to do and where to get tested the lady at front desk was a blessing . The hotel accommodated the fact we had to go into isolation and our breakfast was sent up daily . The breakfast was excellent . The only 2 downsides to the whole experience was the wifi it was painfully slow and only allowed 1 device without additional fees ,when paying over 350 euro a night surely wifi should not only be supplied but you should be able to connect more than 1 device and be a useable speed. The other thing was the tv there was a good selection even though I didnt understand the music channels were fine . 1 channel flatly refused to work sky Atlantic the screen would freeze and disconnect every time we tried to view it

The hotel is very close to the convention/exhibition center and next to a shopping mall with a lot of eating places to choose from. Breakfast was good with a variety of things to choose from. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly making check in and check out quite fast. Metro station is about 2 minute walk making it very easy to go to Marienplatz or the main city.

This was my third stay at this hotel, like the previous ones for a trade show at the Exhibition Centre across the road.
Check in was very quick and, to my surprise, my room was ready when I arrived at 11am.
The room itself was adequately sized, bathroom a bit on the small side but okay.
The bed was very comfortable and made for a good nights sleep.
Now the not so good points:

The water pressure and the water temperature were very volatile. Even if you didn't move the lever to adjust temperature, it would switch from pleasant to cold to hot. The water pressure was at times okay, but mostly there wasn't enough pressure.
When I mentioned this at reception I was told that they were aware of this issue and that the "Shower filters" would need to be changed. Not sure how easy that is, but it should be priority.

The air conditioning unit in my room was very noisy and didn't cool the room properly. This was promptly rectified by an engineer after I mentioned it at reception.

The "smart" TV had no way of connecting ones phone or tablet to it in order to watch Netflix or similar, nor did it have an app making this possible.
Not much of an issue for me, but my colleague would have loved to watch something in English that wasn't a news channel.

On the previous two stays there was really lovely staff at the restaurant, they seem to have left. The new staff members were perfectly nice, but some cannot speak German. It was the first time that, as a German speaker, I had to order in English in a restaurant in Germany.

Breakfast was okay, but not more than that. The rolls were clearly made by an industrial bakery, frozen and then "baked" at the hotel.
The breakfast room was very busy and I would suggest to go there early. This was better on the last show day.

Location wise the hotel is ideal for Messe München and why we chose it for the third time, but based on this year's experience, we might explore other options nearby for the next show.

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for the detailed feedback after your stay in our house. We are pleased that overall you enjoyed your stay with us. We also regret that there were problems with the shower during your stay. Rest assured that it was not in our best interest to upset you, our valued guest. We have a water quality filter in our showers. Since the water is very calcareous, it fills up very quickly. Unfortunately, this has an influence on the temperature and the pressure. But this is quickly remedied by the friendly staff. We would be happy if we could welcome you again despite everything. Warm regards from Munich Maria Pfaff Guest Relation

We stayed here for several nights. We chose this hotel because we were visiting people who live nearby. I would call this a business hotel (it's not something I would choose for a vacation). There is no real charm or luxury to it (no spa, room service, etc.); however, it's reasonably priced, clean, quiet, the bed was comfortable and you have a mall and food court next door. You can get to the hotel directly from the onsite/mall parking garage too (although it's not particularly well marked; we had to drive around the parking garage for awhile before we found it). Parking is not included and costs approx 25 euros a day. The hotel is dog friendly and there is an expansive park just past the mall (a 5 minute walk away), which was nice. The one meal we had at the restaurant was good. The breakfast each morning was only okay. The woman who checked people in for breakfast was very kind and accommodating.

They gave a me a room where cleaning service clearly forgot to clean the toilet of the restroom , which was in terryfing condition.
Since the hotel was fully booked they could not change my room, and since the cleaning service was not available anymore (i did check in at 20.00 pm), the hotel literally did nothing.
I didn’t evend get a discount and it was 206 euro for one night. I think this is the worst hotel i have ever been, an hostel would have been a way better choice, it’s better if I do not attach ANY photo to the following review.. no further comment

There's this metro train that you can board to get to Messestadt West from the airport (including change of multiple stations). Opt for this if you don't have much luggage with you and it's okay to change trains. Else, there's a taxi/cab you can hire from outside the airport.
