Small hotel about 5 mins walk from the Hauptbahnhof. Comfortable, clean, safe and quiet. Friendly reception and nice staff - English spoken if required. Rooms are comfortable, typical German 30's style that have been re-furbished. Excellent breakfast, cannot fault the service and the hospitality. Several restaurants close by for local cuisine. Have stayed at the Bayernland 4 or 5 times...

I was very happy with our choice of the Hotel Bayernland. Would recommend to others. 1/2 way between the central train station and the Oktoberfest grounds. Easy to find on a main thoroughfare. The old downtown (haufbrau house) was a 15 minute walk or 2-3 stops on the S-Bahn. All the tours leave from in front of the main train...

pretty old hotel, requires essential renovation, rooms are not equipped well. I asked for an iron and they do not have it. In general, it is ok when you travel for business and almost are not in the hotel. But I would expect at least less price. Staff is very nice and helpful. Also convenient to travel, close to old...

Very convenient for travel, just a few minutes walk to the main train station. We have used this hotel several times when flying out of Munich the next morning. Breakfast is great, staff is friendly, rooms are comfortable but not luxurious.

Stayed here last weekend and thought the location was great and the staff are very friendly. Cleanliness is ok, maybe a little more attention in bathrooms but nothing major. Breakfast was fantastic! Would stay again if I travelled to Munich

The hotel is only a 2 blocks away from the central station and 20 minutes walk from Marienplatz. Rooms have carpet and the walls have been recently repainted. However the decor is quite old. Breakfast is good even though it is easier to find savouries(cold cuts, cheeses of all kind) rather than cakes or tarts. WiFi is chargeable but offered...

Even though the room was on the Main Street, the noise was not a problem. The room was decent sized and quite clean. Breakfast was delicious. The location was handy to the train station and town center.

You will find yourself near to the Munich Central Station so just 5 minutes to reach the station to be in Mid of Munich and to be connected to Germany and Europe through the Central station. The Breakfast is so nice so you will find everything you need and the staff in the restaurant are really great people. I was...
