Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I stayed here for 4 nights during Oktoberfest. The hotel is in a nice quiet neighborhood, outside my window was a small cemetery. If it's a concern, the front desk is not open 24/7, they close at about 2200 and reopen at 0630. My room was clean with tasteful decoration. It had a small balcony. Good WiFi signal in the room. I don't think there was an English language channel on the TV cable system. There is a bus stop about 20 meters from the hotel. By bus/train/tram you can get to Central Munich or the Oktoberfest grounds in 30-40 minutes with one transfer. If you walk to the Pasing train station, it's about a 15 minute walk. Breakfast was excellent. I'd probably stay here on a future Oktoberfest trip as once I leave the hotel for the day, I'm not coming back until my day is over. I'm not making multiple trips back to the hotel.

The hotel was very clean with friendly staff. The rooms are clean and efficient setup. They only serve breakfast so for the other meals you need to go out which is OK as everything is close by. The breakfast was excellent with a great selection of foods, eggs, meats both hot and cold, cereals, yogurt and a wide selection of buns and breads.

Poor service. My family got to this hotel around 9:30-10pm after traveling long distance. It was 3 of us. When we booked we picked room with a sofa for a 3d person. When we checked in we found room with 2 single beds. Front desk girl brought us extra single bed, which was ridiculous in that tiny room. She said that was our fault cause we selected 2 guests (that was a lie, in confirmation we even had pic of the room with coach). While we were trying to discuss our problem, girl told us twice - you can always go look for something else! Really???! I told girl that I am going to see Manager tomorrow, she replied - do it, maybe you can go look for another hotel too! I will tell all my friends and all famous bloggers to tell the world about this poor customer service!

When you arrive at the hotel the reception area looks very nice but when you go into your room you are really hit - what is that?! We booked a double room and received what you can see from the pictures below. Fortunately we stayed one night only. Breakfast was very good and very friendly.

This hotel is a 20min walk south from Pasing train station or 5mins on number 56 bus. The hotel is very clean and tidy and the staff very friendly. The bed very comfortable. They have a buffet breakfast available which was only €8.50. Would stay here again as I was using as a Base to travel round Bavarian and found it very accessible for train journeys.

This was perfect for one night. 7euro taxi from Pasing train station. The room was clean and recently renovated. Carrying luggage up the stairs was a pain so pack light if you can. Ate at a restaurant across the road which was good and breakfast at the hotel was excellent - yum little chocolate donuts. Wifi didn't work even after asking for another code

Summary first: You should stay here if - you are looking gor good value within 100 euros - you dont using public transport to reach the attractions You should not stay here if - you miss the action - you have a problem having a cemetery nearby - you cannot take the stairs This is a clean, tidy little property, in a decent, almost suburban location. Its located a few bus stops away from the busy Pasing station, which itself is on one of the primary city and intercity networks. Reaching the hotel from the airport for us was easy (about 50 minutes) - we took the train from the airport that dropped us at Pasing station and then we took a bus which drops right opposite the hotel. Its in a rather quiet area, further helped by the fact that there is a cemetery closeby. Its a 3 storey building with no elevators. Staff is polite, very helpful and unobstrusive. Rooms are large and clean. We had a three bedded room that was enormous, with 8/10 sleep quality. We happened to be in Munich in one of the hottest days in history, it was touching 38 celsius. So the staff tried their best to cool us down by providing table fans. Breakfast is a simple spread in the ground floor cafe. Vegetarians can make do with the breads, spreads, salads, yoghurt and cereal. There is ample free parking, so you are tension-free if you've hired a car. All in all, a very good experience and we would definitely like to stay here again. Thanks Stadt Pasing!

Nice location. Easy to get to train station and buses. Mall within walking distance as well. Breakfast was great. Nice and quiet. Good mix of different cultures there as far as the people go which was great for us. Bedroom pretty simple. Beds were comfy.

I stayed in this hotel in March for 1 week. The hotel is very nice, quite and in a very nice area. The price is reasonable and the breakfast quite good as well.It is a good deal. What i did not like is that, first of all, it is possible to hear very well the noise from the other rooms. There is no elevator (in the building where the reception is) and i had a room at the second floor and my luggage was heavy.Another problem (for me) is that it is very close to the cemetery,Let's say it is my fault since i did not check properly but i would never think that an hotel can be that close to a cemetery, usually in Italy we live far from it.I could not sleep well and on the second day i wanted to ask for another room, but at the end i did not.Same story for the breakfast room. You can see the graves while you are eating and sorry i dont feel comfortable with that.So i would surely raccomend this hotel, as said it is really a good deal, but if you have my same problem (being uncomfortable with seeing the graves all the time) ask for a room not facing on the cemetery or simply dont book this hotel
