Great hotel, friendly staff which were extremely helpful. Couldn't believe how good the location was. Rooms very clean and modern. Will definitely stay here again when back in Munich. Lots of restaurants and bars close by.

First, let's talk about the hotel. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful, especially the bellhop. The location is absolutely fantastic. Viktualienmarkt and Marienplatz at your doorstep. The room was another matter. Brand-new and clean, but dysfunctional. Booked a business plus double room six months in advance, and got a back room under the aluminum utility looking stairs. No cell service...

We stayed here for 3 nights during Oktoberfest and booked the biggest room in the place, the Business Double Plus. It is the top story and the room is huge.. it's basically an entire apartment complete with everything you'd need to stay there for an extended period. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location was great for shopping...

Hotel room size is bigger than normal European hotel so this is a plus, you got 2 free beer bottles and free water daily. Step out from the hotel and in front of you is market with all sort of food stalls and beer garden. The famous Hofbrauhaus and Shopping area is prob about less than 10 minute walk. Highly...

Can't fault the location, over the road from the food market (easy cheap breakfast, nice coffee, etc), 5 minutes walk from the rathaus and a public transport hub, 10 minutes from the Deutches museum. Good restaurants within walking distance. Didn't eat in the hotel for that reason. Typical german hotel. Very helpful staff, modern rooms. It can be a bit...

The amenities in the rooms were very modern and the toiletries were generous, however the rooms were very small for the price and were also quite noisy being on a busy street. The other aspect which came as a surprise was the fact that the hotel restaurant was vegetarian only. The location could not have been better, right opposite a...

I was here for business and stayed one night at the Derag Livinhotel in Munich. At the booking I requested a quiet room at the higher level with a view. What I got was the opposite. My room was on the ground floor at the back of the building with a view on the stair and near the entrance so...

Clean and efficient. Right in the center of town. it is recommended for short or long stays. The wifi is easy to access and it really works. You will have a Nespresso machine in the room. Perhaps more coffee pods should be made available.

I've stayed here for one night before catching a flight home. It locates in the center of Munchen city close to everywhere you could think of. The hotel has 2 buildings one in the front and one in the back. I stayed in the back building and the room was amazing, modern decorations and what surprised me was the sheer...
