Stayed here 1 night with 3 adults in a triple room. Chose it for the location with parking and it did not disappoint! Easy to get around. Breakfast was included and great! It was sit-down instead of a typical buffet, but still just as quick as a buffet and we were able to have freshly made omelettes.

The hotel is bright and has a feel of family run rather than chain. The staff were first class and the parking made it really easy. I can on the '8' down from Stuttgart and it was really easy to find. Great breakfast.

The hotel is not new, but it is taken care of so well we didn't mind at all. It is super clean, it's not noisy, and the staff is extremely friendly & helpful. The breakfast was fantastic! I must say it is a highlight! And the lady serving it is just great to experience. There's sooo much food. Plus when we ordered something to drink/eat we got 2 min later. All was super fresh. The location of the hotel is also really good with the metro station right by it. There are great little restaurants & bars in that area which were more for locals than tourists. We really enjoyed our stay!

This hotel is definitely not worth the rating it’s given online. Trits very old, small rooms, small bathroom and everything just out dated. When I started there it was hot outside but could not open window and road was too noisy. Rooms smells of smoke as well. Breakfast is nothing to rave about.

as our title says we think this is a good place to stay for a short stay at a very good value. You can catch the ubahn for the key city destinations for only a short trip, it's easy. The staff was very helpful and served us well in every way. Our room was clean and it seemed the bathroom had been recently redone. The breakfast was excellent for the price we paid and was included with the price. We certainly would stay here again especially if you have just a short stay and do not wish to pay much more for not much more than you will get here. Recommend for anyone to try.

The hotel is centrally located. The rooms are ok, they are somewhat small and the bathrooms are very small. If you are traveling with children, depending on the room you get, it might be a little challenging when bathtime comes. The cigarrette smell outside the room was very strong and also in the reception area. The parking situation proved to be very challenging because it is not easy to find parking in the street. The hotel has about five parking spaces that are reserved for other guests. The breakfast was really good and the staff was really nice.

The underground is around the corner and it is extremely convenient. Overall our stay was nice.

A great little hotel. The staff is so friendly. My family of 5 ( 2 adults and 3 children ( in two rooms) had a great stay. I am still missing the breakfast. It is the best! Location is great. Price is great. Super clean as well. Perfect for our family.

This hotel had some very positive parts to it but overall deserves a poor rating for cost vs. value. First the pros! This hotel is centrally located. Close to transit as well as other places. The breakfast may be the best I've had on our trip in Germany. Very friendly staff who try hard to be helpful. This is great. Now for the cons! If you are traveling with small children or a lot of luggage, the elevator only goes to the 4th floor and holds maybe two people with one small case of luggage. If you are staying on the 5th floor there is no lift that goes that high. We carried large bags up the last flight. They state there is free parking but that is not true. You are asked to deposit 50 EURO to get a "parking pass". They will give you this back when you check out but there is literally NO PARKING at the hotel. You have to find a spot somewhere on the road as there are only like 5 spots available at the hotel. This is a problem again if you are traveling by car with small children. The rooms are dated (no AC, no iron or ironing board, no coffee in room) and it gets hot on the 5th floor. So ... crack open those windows. Oh, wait we are next to the police station or so it seems as there are sirens that blare all night long and if the windows are open because it's hot and there is no AC you will get no sleep. Last night 9 sirens throughout the evening. I stopped counting after that ... there may have been more. Lastly, we left a nice tip 4 Euro for our cleaning lady today. She did the beds but didn't even give us new glasses for our room. Left our used glasses. Seems shoddy. Overall for the price I would skip this place next time even though the omelettes are amazing.

Hotel Brack is located 20 meters from a metro access (Poccistrasse station). There are 3 stops (5min) to Marienplatz (central downtown) and from there you can take the S8 suburban train until the airport, approx. 40min. There are enough supermarkets and restaurants nearby and the center can be reached by foot within 15 minutes.
The place is comfortable and clean, mattresses are good, bathroom ok. My room was facing the street so I got some street sounds in the background but nothing bad, I had a good sleep
Breakfast is not buffet but tasty and generous, served in a friendly manner and in a nicely decorated room
Overall there's a nice feeling of comfort and a great ratio price/quality
My rating would be 4 points, but it gets an extra one for the special atmosphere the staff manages to create. Usually hotel staff is treating you well because that's what procedures are saying, here the friendliness/helpfulness looks genuine. You feel cared for, a feeling that you don't get often.
I stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. will definitely return.

Excellent location near subway (10 min to get to Marienplatz) & Theresienwiese (just to cross one residential quarter) with own parking. Friendly & supportive staff (some of them speak English). Clean and well equipped rooms. Everything is relevant for 3* hotel. Good breakfast with tasty coffee and scrambled eggs. Several supermarkets just near the hotel. Our family celebrated the New Year at Theresienwiese and there were a lot of amazing fireworks during two hours!
