We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of August. The hotel was well priced, very well located, clean and had friendly helpful reception staff. For this type of hotel, this would normally result in me giving a 5 star rating. Unfortunately we had room 208. Actually all the x08 rooms are bad but 208 has special issues which...

We've stayed at Hotel Daniel for 3 nights, at the end of August, as tourists. The location was great, it took as 3 minutes to get to the U-bahn and S-bahn station. The rooms were clean and decent for the price. However, we received a room made out of a hallway which basically lacked any outside window and it became...

Location of this hotel was fantastic, walking distance to most attractions! Room was small and pretty stuffy without aircon but we had no major issues. Pillows were very uncomfortable so bring your own if you can! We were also put off by someone using a key to get into our room around 930am one morning (after knocking only once and...

I wanted to like this hotel because the staff is so nice, but never would I ever stay here again. I stayed here recently with my sister. We were both looking forward to this hotel because it was more expensive than the other hotels we stayed in while touring Germany, so we just thought it would be the best. How...

Cannot find anything positive to write about this hotel. Room without climate control (in my case +30c), cannot open the windows due to terrible noise from street and close by terraces. TV more snow than picture. Mold in the bathroom etc etc..

Great hotel for the price! Our only complaint was the noise from the kitchen staff of the unaffiliated restaurant below. Perhaps the hotel management could work out some agreement with the restaurant ~ the noise is unnecessary to the successful running of a restaurant ~ cursing, slamming of pots & pans in the sink, loud smoking breaks. Otherwise, all great!

Check in was very easy with polite friendy staff who gave us a very spaciuos room with air conditioning, we asked for a quiet room and she made every effort to give us a quiet room. Believe me, not many hotels will concern themselves with this request. This first positive impression could have earned the full five stars....But....Some negatives. Although...

This hotel was very centrally located, just half a block to the U-Bahn station and lots of shopping, restaurants, sights, etc. Everything you could need was within walking distance. The room was comfortable and recently remodeled. Front desk staff was friendly. Included breakfast was sufficient. You could also order omelets or eggs for additional charge. We paid around 85 euro...

Funky hotel with a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful. Animal friendly- saw a few dogs wandering around on leashes. Nice atmosphere. About a 35 minute walk to district one and right next to the palace (well about 2 minute walk). Train line directly across from the hotel and the main suburban station is about a ten...

Just outside the Karlsplatz station.20 metres far from the central street Neuhauser that leads to Marienplatz in a 7-10 minute walk. Helpfull and polite staff. We were asked for a smoking room. Negatives: if you need water buy somewhere else.too expensive.
