We actually had two hotel rooms at this hotel. We extended our stay by a night on arrival. Loved both of our rooms. Hospitality is exceptional! Upon arrival (1 night early) we were greeted with cocktails and a seat in a balcony bar area (reception is on the 5th floor) while we filled out the required paperwork. Both rooms were clean and comfortable. Drinks and welcome cards were left in both rooms and our luggage we left at reception the day we switched was waiting in our new room. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with everything including restaurant recommendations. *pictured is the jacuzzi room

Great location. Easy to park in public garage near by. Very friendly and serviceminded staff. Delicious breakfast, however they had a hard time keeping up with the demands the first morning, and we had to wait for eggs, coffee etc. There were fewer people the second morning and everything that morning was perfect. Nice size room too for two adults and two kids at 13 years old. If you are staying longer, you should know that there are no closets for storage of your clothes. Expect some noise in the weekend evenings as the rooftop bar is quite popular, however if you enjoy some energi around you while having a night cap like we did, then it is no bother.

I have never stayed in a hotel like this- it felt like I was visiting with friends. The team was so friendly and helped plan practically our whole stay in Munich. The WhatsApp Concierge service was super convenient, as was the online checkin/checkout process. Can't wait to come back!

Loved it! Full of tiny suprimes to delight guests and make your stay more enjoyable.

Staff: incredibly friendly and attentive. I was offered a welcome and check-out beverage (water, coffee, tea), ability to check in/out online, they have a virtual concierge which gives good suggestions! I visited again in the evening, where there was a nice vibe, and again received great service throughout.

Location: 3 min from Marienplatz, 10-20min walk to museums and other restaurants.

Only downside is you are in a city center, so I would suggest to bring ear buds. The glass cleaners came at 4am!

Rooms: super clean, the bed and sheets are very comfy, the music in the bathrooms (which can be turned off) is a nice touch. Modern bathroom with the basic amenities you need.

Overall, I loved it and hope to return! Thank you!

Pros: great location a few minutes walk from the centre of the city. There is a bar/cafe type area on the 5th floor with a pleasant outside space, used for breakfast and then drinks through the day. It closes at around 10pm during the week but is a busy late hangout spot at the weekends with a DJ.
Breakfast was relatively simple but had everything you’d need - plenty of coffee/tea options and hot and cold food that were well cooked.
Staff are all young, pleasant and helpful. They are kept busy though, so don’t expect staff waiting on your every whim. If you need something you’ll need to ask. This is a no frills hotel.
Bedrooms are clean and functional. The bed was comfortable enough but there are no usb chargers etc as you’d find in a very new hotel. Bathroom was clean and does the job with a pleasant heated floor and towel rail.
Cons: I was given the cheapest and smallest room and it was a fairly tight fit. The room has a no frills vibe without even a waste bin in the bathroom. I found the air conditioning to be ineffective and the room felt stuffy. Walls are also quite thin and there was at times a lot of noise from other rooms, the corridors and the alleyway outside. This was for me the biggest drawback of the place, but may have been a quirk of my particular room. The hotel decor is a kind of paired back industrial with exposed piping, stainless steel and strip lighting. The overall effect I personally found a bit dated and gloomy, but that’s just my opinion.
In summary this is a relatively comfortable property that has a relaxed vibe. The hard product for me was a bit lacking, with the noisy room and a bit too warm for optimum sleep quality but a higher room category might have improved matters. The bar/terrace is very pleasant however and the staff are great. Would I stay again? Yes but in a bigger room.

Not a good experience! This hotel is in a good location that is the only positive.
We checked in on a Saturday afternoon, we were greeted by a load of drunk young adults in the lift as we went to the “check in” area which is a computer at the end of a very busy bar with very loud music. We had booked a cosy room which was tiny and dark and extremely hot so we went back up and paid to upgrade to a larger room. This room was brighter and much bigger but still had little to no surfaces for your things, no amenities like an iron or a mini fridge just a small 330ml bottle of water and a yoga mat?!
The shower completely stacked the whole bathroom when you used it and took hours to dry, they have also chose to use an sensor tap like you have in public toilets which made face washing and tooth brushing a challenge.
In Saturday the room was vibrating from the music in the bar above and there was a steady stream of drunks coming to and from the bar filling up the tiny lifts. Breakfast choice was limited it was fine but not a lot to choose from. They also didn’t come to service our room until 5:15pm by which point we were getting ready for dinner so our room was never cleaned during our two night stay. Overall i would avoid this hotel at all costs you can stay in a proper hotel nearby for the same price this is just a glorified hostel in our opinion and we travel a lot.

The overall experience is really nice, the staff members are friendly and efficient, whatever you've been promised, you'll get it. The hotel location is simply great and I actually like that it's not too close to Marienplatz, hence, it's a bit quieter over there.
Lights in my room were a little bit dim and there's a music feed into your room, to shut it down, there's a switch in the bathroom.

I've never stayed in a hotel quite as new as this one was. The staff was professional and enthusiastic. The lobby was well-appointed and I really like this new trend of making reception area into a combo bar/coffee counter/reception desk. The location is ideal and the overall design is nice.

Some things need to be improved. For example, they've left the ceilings unfinished in a sort of industrial chic gesture, but they are SO unfinished (not just exposed pipes, but jagged holes cut into the drywall that the pipes disappear into) that I couldn't help staring up at them and straining to give myself a little reassurance that they probably weren't going to give me an asthma attack. Secondly, there are no wastebaskets in the bathroom. This seems to be a Northern Europe thing but I really really hate it. Finally, some problems with the water from the shower staying, ya know, in the shower. Need to look into that. Typical growing pains of brand new properties.

The staff welcome you and make your stay memorable. While the room is small and lacks a water boiler for tea, the large balcony, super comfy bed and great bath amenities make up for it, What really makes this place special, is in addition to the location (2M walk to Marienplatz and old town, near S and B trains) is the amazing staff who man a lovely 5th floor roof top bar. Super helpful in setting you sorted and ensuring you are well looked after.
