Spent a few nights here in early July 2023 as part of a trip to Munich to see Pink perform at the Olympiastadion. Owing to our Easyjet flight from London being substantially delayed we did not get to the hotel until 1am, but this did not cause us any issues on arrival, and we were checked in very quickly.

Our room was modern and spacious with a very comfortable bed. It also had a spotless bathroom, and tea and coffee making facilities were provided. We had breakfast on both days we were staying in the hotel and were impressed both with the quality and choice of food on offer and the professional service.

Amongst the facilities on offer are a gym, pool and sauna on the top floor of the building and we made use of them during our stay. We were particularly pleased to be allowed to use them after we had checked out, as our flight back was in the evening.

The hotel is located in a business district on the edge of Munich’s city centre. There is a tram stop just outside and it is only a five-minute walk to Hackerbrucke station where there are frequent trains into the city and out to the airport. We also did a lot of walking during our stay and in less than 30 minutes you can be at the Marienplatz and other central attractions.

This was a great place to stay during our trip and would recommend it when visiting Munich.

Nice modern hotel with extensive choices offered for breakfast. Excellent location just round the corner from Hackenbrucke station , so very easy to access all parts of the Munich . We were also told by a guide it was the closest hotel to the Oktoberfest site and very close to the vast Augustine beer garden. We found the reception staff very helpful in directing us to locations and also selling us the cheapest tickets for the transport system. Only fault is that flooring is tiled and it was extremely slippery when wet , I nearly fell at the pool and a lady on our tour slipped in the bath as it needed an in bath mat. Also you need to be aware of the bus cycle lane right outside the hotel doors especially if unloading you baggage from a coach

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was a great base to explore Munich. The cost was covered by work so I can't speak to value, but the room was comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. It is close enough to walk to the downtown if you don't want to tackle public transit, but is even closer to main transit stops so that was quick and easy to use. We really enjoyed the breakfast, it was quite extensive with a big selection of baked goods, cold cuts/cheeses, and hot foods like sausages, eggs, beans, pancakes. We checked out early and left our bags with them for the day while we did a day trip to visit the castles- since our train didn't leave until 11pm it was nice to come back and hang out in the bar until it was time to leave. Recommend, would stay here again.

Spacious clean hotel and rooms.
Beds are a bit too hard (which some may like). Two small pillows and a thin quilt.
No coffee machine or kettle or even water. No fridge. Just a hairdryer.
They will not allow you to have an iron or ironing board (company Covid policy!) Even though they have over 400 hairdryers you can use...but an iron is dangerous....STUPID!
Buffet breakfast starts late at 0730hrs. (No good if you have business in the city).
It never starts on time as the cook (who doubles as the server) is always putting things out at 0735hrs.
It is all screened off due to Covid so you have to point at the things you want to the server. If you want more, the waiter always has to go and find the cook once you've waited long enough! The choice is very limited, tinned fruit, cerial, bread and meat and scrambled eggs.
I lost count of how many times I rang the hotel and they did not answer, day or night.
I even tried from my mobile and pressed 'group booking' in desperation....nothing.
I got through twice all week.
I checked out early to another, cheaper and far superior hotel with food and service!

Hotel is ok but pretty soulless, no personality and feels like a generic office block. Rooms and bathrooms are of a decent size, but cleanliness could do with some attention (hairs on the bed, toilet could use a bleach, attention to detail). Breakfast decent.

My biggest frustration was the WiFi, it hovered between 4-6mbps which meant I could not take calls or work effectively. I complained to the front desk who said I wasn’t the first to complain, and they’d have their tech team look at it. Nothing happened over the course of my stay so I had to find another place to work. On check-out I mentioned this again and they said ‘they’d have the tech team look at it’, something I had been told several nights before. They also said they would have switched my room, which would have made no difference because it was slow everywhere. Not a great experience overall.

Through Priceline I just booked a 700+ sq ft room that can sleep up to 3 people. After they processed the payment the confirm downgraded my room to a double that was 300+ sq ft for the same price. I immediately made Priceline aware which then made the hotel aware. The hotel was not willing to put me in the room type I paid for and refused to refund my money. Priceline stated there was nothing they can do. I literally called them within 3 minutes of booking and my stay isn't for close to a month from now.

We have just spent four nights in this wonderful hotel. The staff throughout were most helpful. A special mention for Charlotte on reception who was brilliant and guided us through the various city travel passes. She gave excellent advice on things to see in Munich. She also suggested day trip to Augsburg which we did.....a beautiful small city with a very interesting housing history. The rooms are spacious and spotless. Bathroom very well equipped. There is a nice bar adjoining the lobby. Breakfast is very varied.....lots of fruit, yogurt, cold meats and cheeses( some really good ones) , hot food including eggs, sausages, bacon, hash browns, beans etc. There was a huge selection of breads. The lobby is spacious with a very nice seating area. Free newspapers were available every morning. The S bahn station for airport connection is a short walk away. There is a tram stop almost outside the door for travel throughout this magnificent city. I would say this is the perfect hotel for a stay in Munich. We would definitely return.

The common areas of the hotel are very nice. The room needs some renovation as the floor, Eurostar's do not have carpets in the rooms, and the furniture are kind old and damaged. Sleep quality in the rooms that face the inside garden is amazing. Very well sized room. I missed a bathtub and the pressure in the shower could be better. A bit far from the old town, approximately 2 km, traffic lights takes a long time to open to the pedestrians, so it takes a while walking. No great restaurants or things to do near the hotel. It worthy's to rent a car to see the beautiful cities near Munich like Nuremberg. Also Munich is like two hours distant from Salzburg, definitely worthy's a visit. I will give a 10 to the hotel staff, everybody is so friendly and always ready to help you with anything you need.

This hotel is a dream in the centre of Munich and has a pool and a sauna. Situated next to the train station. S bahn
a few minutes away from Marienplatz! It even has a "small" shopping arcade where you can enjoy food from different countries at reasonable prices.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. It is a nicely designed hotel in a good location but the overall experience is very poor. First, the air conditioning is very weak and is not sufficient for humid summers. I woke up dripping with sweat. They had only one energy adapter when we checked in. Most European hotels have a drawer full to lend guests to charge their devices. The front desk is not manned for long periods during the night. Instead, a sign sits on the desk that says “Return shortly.” The hotel website advertises a “hot tub” which is one of the reasons we booked here but there is no hot tub, just an unheated pool and a tiny sauna. On the positive side, there is a rooftop terrace and the rooms are spacious. We previously stayed at Munich’s King’s Hotel. I would very much recommend that place over this one.

I didn’t see bathrobes or slippers. I recall the gym having a bicycle in but don’t recall dumbbells. The pool was nice for a city hotel
