I had made reservation for two rooms for 4 persons, 2 adults and 2 children at 9 and 12 years. At check in we got two rooms at completely different locations at the hotel. How is it possible to place the parents in one place and the kids the farthest away possible? ???? Impossible to change according to the reception...

Had nice quiet room in the back. Standard size for Europe, good bed and reading lamps. Breakfast was excellent in lovely dining room. Amazing mountain views from our balcony. Definitely would stay again!

The hotel itself is very cute and it is in a prime location. As soon as you exit the main bus station it is literally a 5 minute walk. You are about 10 minutes from the downtown and can catch the bus for the eagles nest at the main bus station. We didn't realize the hotel reception shuts down around...

This was a last minute trip with very little time to plan but I feel fortunate in the decision with the hotel. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, albeit a bit small but like I said, last minute. The restaurant was good too. I ate dinner and breakfast there. The salad bar with dinner...

Our room was a good size for Western Europe where some rooms can border on closet space size. Plenty of room to move about and keep luggage. Our room had a porch and view towards the mountains parallel with the river (rooms facing the river are scenic but noisy due to traffic on a main road). Room, linens and bathroom...

This is a nice hotel very close to the center of the city. The night before we called to get an extra room, but instead were asked if we could take a smaller room for only two people. We had reserved a room for 3 people to make sure we got extra room. The hotel staff was very nice and...

wonderful front office staff, maid, and breakfast room staff. location also convenient, street noise, across from train station, next to a small river but traffic noise overshadows it, I speak both English and German fluently, unfortunately we were not given the room reserved many weeks prior to our arrival by phone. We were supposed to get a different room facing...

Stayed for one night. The view from room 21 was great, but a little road noise. If you are used to sleeping with a open window, bring earplugs. Breakfast very good with many choses and very nice to go outside to eat. Would stay there again.

This wonderful hotel is very peaceful, convenient, comfortable, friendly and the best. This will be our fourth year and it's a highlight of our time in Germany. We always wish we could stay longer and each time we have been we add on nights to have extra time relaxing here. The rooms, pool, reclining chairs by the river, breakfast and...
