An easy & attractive walk from the main train station coming down to the Fishermen's & Tanners area by the Blau River. A brilliant restoration with sympathetic blending of the old & new. Charming, so old & quirky. My modern large bedroom had sections of the original timber walls, ceiling & beams & the bed was set into the sloping...

Great staff, they keep the doors locked to keep out the tourist. Very nice breakfast even have a seating room right over the water that runs by. Room 6 had heated bathroom floor. Great hotel and near the Christmas markets

My husband and I stayed here in early December for one night during our tour of Christmas markets. The hotel is a bit hard to find in the dark, but once found, the service was wonderful. The lady in reception helped us with our bags, then accompanied my husband to their private parking garage (close by and locked) to help...

Stayed here for 2 nights. The crooked house was a great experience overall. The rooms are generously large and the wood makes this place so warm to the heart. Remember that this place is 600 years old and right at the danube river! Breakfast was great and the location perfect!

This place really is crooked. It's a nice, charming hotel in the heart of the pedestrian zone. Close walk to all the bars, restaurants and sights, but off the beaten path so it is nice and quiet. Rooms are clean, good sized, and the furniture is built to be straight. We had 2 rooms, both were very nice and comfortable....

If you are visiting Ulm and you have the chance to get a room there, you should always prefer this very special place over one of the big hotel chains. You will be amazed how much gradient a room can have :-) it is located in the center of the old city with lots of very old frame houses

This was a unique experience. The crooked house is certainly that, but all the necessary furniture is built to be level in spite of the sloping floor. We were in room 1 and the bed even had a level in the head board to prove that it wasn't sloping. The area where the hotel is located is charming with easy...

There is not a single right angle in the walls but don't worry, you won't fall out of bed in your sleep - the beds are all leveled. They actualy have a level built into the head board. We enjoyed our stay in the Hotel Schiefes Haus immensely. It is centrally located in the "Fischerviertel" with many good restaurants to...

It’s not often one gets to spend the night in a Guinness Record, but Hotel Schiefes Haus offered us that opportunity during our visit to Ulm. We stayed in room 6 which our guide book described as the crookedest room in Guinness’s “crookedest house.” By our measurements, the floor of our room sloped 22 inches in its 16-foot length. But...

We stayed here for one night while visiting Ulm for the Christmas markets. We had a beautiful and comfortable room right on the river. We could pratically reach out and touch the water. We had a peaceful and comfortable sleep followed by a delicous breakfast the next morning.
