This hotel has everything I ever want from a hotel, good service, spotless quiet room with comfy bed, decent shower and a great breakfast. It is a 20 min walk (10 min taxi ride) from the train station and a 10 minute walk from the art gallery. Just note that the street the hotel is on is dissected by the...

First. Location. Superb! The Old Town is 700 metres away from the accommodation and an easy walk. For those with mobility problems; the nearest 'U' stop (one of many on an incredibly comprehensive and integrated public transportation system; similar to that which can be found in many European cities). Second, The Host. Wonderful man! Mr Wolfgang Ziegler is not an...

The employees are very friendly. We arrived almost at midnight and Mr. Ziegler came to open us the door (although we clearly arrived too late). The room is full of useful stuff that you usually find in more expensive hotels. Everything was clean. The breakfast was great too. We'd love to come back someday.

I arrived in quite chaotic conditions since all access roads to Stuttgart city centre were closed this afternoon for safety reasons so it took me ages to get to the guest house, I rang the owner twice and he was very helpful. Be aware that "Blumenstraße" is divided into two sections and make sure you take the upper section (right...

19 Dec 2013. Good value for money hotel/guesthouse. Rooms were large and comfortable. It is well located, 10 minute walk into city area. Breakfast was OK, typically European fare. More info required in room information packet. No maps available of area or info regarding restaurants and cafes.

Quite central, clean and comfortable. Great shower. Small, but ok space in my single room. can't comment on breakfast as I had to catch early flight. Located in a side street five minutes walk into town. A note greeted me saying the key was under the mat!

Guesthouse has an outside look and the prices of the private accommodation - but - inside - it gives a perfect service of an excellent hotel. We stayed 1 night because of a concert (Scorpions), and picked up this guesthouse by coincidence, via internet, since everything else we checked was occupied, and the price was in between a hotel price...

The location was great, breakfast was delicious and beds were comfy. Washing machine and dryer was a bonus. Clean rooms and very helpful host. It was worth the little walk up to the hotel. The late checkout was handy as well.

The guesthouse was a little hard to find, but worth the effort. It is a short walk up the hill from the Charlottenstrasse train stop and a great spot for exploring the city. Wolfgang Ziegler runs a spotless guesthouse, and prepares an excellent breakfast each morning. We had a little trouble communicating, but a boarder from England was able to...
