The lady on reception was the owner and a lovely lady she was too. Very helpful and willing to spend time with us. Our room was on the second floor and with no lift it was a really hard slog for us to walk up with our cases. Sadly I would say this hotel would not be for disabled people....

A short walk from Mannheim station. Under wraps for restoration when we were there so not easily spotted from the street No lift so be prepared to carry your luggage up the steep stairs. Comfy room Wonderful breakfast with excellent fresh food and all sorts of family treasures around the walls and on the tables. Delightful.

It is a family run hotel striving to assist you as much as they can. Perfect cleanliness, enough space in the room, almost gourmet breakfast in pleasant interiors. Close to main station, tram stop and to the parking garage. No lift, so not recommended to those who are not fit. And pillows are big and stiff.

As a tired traveler I was delighted to get to this small hotel, not far from the train station (ca. 8 min. on foot). From there it is also not far to the center of the city, so ideally located. Receptionist very friendly and efficient. They welcome all guests with free apples. Small lobby, and narrow stairways (no elevator), so...

This was a charming 106 year old hotel with a plentiful breakfast and a spiral staircase with no elevator. They helped us with our suitcases coming and going and we even had late check-out. They were very helpful in every way and if we return to Mannheim we will stay there again.

This small boutique hotel is centrally located very close to the train station. Lovely restaurant. Wonderful breakfast! The room was simple but spacious and comfortable. There is no elevator and no air conditioning but it was not an issue for me. The woman who owns the hotel is very kind and even helped me with some medical care. Would highly...

I spent just one night here as a stopover, arrived late and left early. It is close to the main station and amidst shops and restaurants. It is a restaurant with hotel rooms above it (reception at entrance to the restaurant) and has a traditional family run feel to it. The owners are very attentive and friendly. The room was...

Stayed here for 1 night. It was a pleasant stay at a fair price. The breakfast choice wasn't the best, but staff were friendly. The rooms were kinda old-fashioned, but very clean. I arrived later at night and the helpful lady at the reception gave me some recommendations where to get dinner. All in all, good value for money.

Very cosy hotel, excellent services available (underground parking lot, free wifi). Hotel staff are very friendly, they kindly helped us in many occasions. Central location, it is very close to the city highlights.

A lovely experience. This establishment is family owned and operated and everyone is very generous and helpful. The rooms, while small, are comfortable. Breakfast is included and excellent. And, as noted by others, it is very convenient to the railway station.
