I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. As a single I had a small room, but it was very pleasant with a decent sized bathroom. Although the rooms are above a restaurant, it was very quiet except for some internal hotel noise from the guests above. Everything about the accommodation was inviting and it was clean. The location...

What a fantastic hotel! The Staff was beyond friendly, the room was exceedingly comfortable....especially the bed! The property and the room were spotless and the food was outstanding in the restaurant. The hotel is in excellent location near the Dom, and was a comfortable walk from the altstadt train station. If I had a gripe, I would have to say...

Decent room, in an old building refitted as a hotel. Good location on Haupstrasse, the prime tourist street, near the Church, the Schloss, and the restaurants and shops. Some noise from upstairs guests, readily transmitted by the floors. Staff were a little offhand, greeting upon arrival was poor, and hard to find for an early breakfast and checkout.

Great location, friendly staff and clean rooms. Staff makes you feel welcome and the rooms were comfortable Wifi in room was ok but could have been a bit stronger. Breakfast was included in the price. Food was very good.

There were a few great things about this hotel. First of all, if you want to be right in the thick of things, this is the place for you. It is on the main market square where there is a lot of hustle and bustle. It is also located on the Hauptstraße, which is roughly a mile long cobblestone walking...

This place was just great! Getting here from the train station was just a breeze! The train station is nearby, and there is also a bus. The views from the Goldener Falke are just stunning! It's in the heart of one of the plaza's of the old town. We walked EVERYWHERE from here. Up the tram to the castle, over...

This quaint little hotel sits above a lovely restaurant right in the center of Heidelberg's old town centre. Walking distance to everything (apart from the train station. We caught a cab). Brimming with character right down to the sloping floors...but what do you expect with an old building loaded with character. Set against the stunning backdrop of the magnificent castle...

We had only one night in Heidelberg and chose the Goldener Falke for its location among other things. It is a charming, old world kind of hotel. The reception is inside the restaurant. We arrived early and they held our bags in the restaurant area while we explored the town. Check in was friendly with an excellent English speaking staff....
