Only 3 minutes from the old bridge and Heiliggeistkirche. The checkin reception is together with hotel vier Jahreszeiten which is around the corner, facing the river, Very friendly staffs. I could early check-in to the room (at noon). Baggage deposit after check-out worked also fine. The room was clean and new renovated. The breakfast was good. The staff gave eggs...

We stayed for a week and it was lovely. Free Wifi helps a lot as does the location to many of Heidelbergs attractions. The buffet breakfast was very nice, and the evening meals are lovely and large portions. The rooms can get quite hot during summer and a rotating fan helps a bit. It can get noisy on the streets...

The hotel's structure is a bit confusing: the entrance for the rooms is on one street but reception is in another one, just around the corner, in front of the river. Breakfast is served in the restaurant downstairs from the rooms building, and was ok. There's no parking, so you should park on Parking 12 (the one that the hotel...

booked into this place after seeing it online and because of the price. however, when we got there we had to go around the corner to another hotel's entrance to find the registration desk. when we registered we had to pay for the 2 nights that we had initially indicated we were going to stay. when we got to our...

We didn't stay here but had an early evening meal. The food was very reasonably priced with a good selection of hearty meal such as Maultaschen, Schnitzl and so on which were first class. The service was helpful and friendly and the surroundings very atmospheric, a real impression of Old Heidelberg. I's love to go back.

We found this hotel just on a website. It was an interesting stay. The location was great with just a few steps to the Old Bridge in one direction or a few steps the other way to the central street. The downstairs is actually a Pub. To check in you have to actually go around the corner and check in...

This is an old, tired hotel, which, despite its age, really needs some investment to modernise its facilities. Cheap enough, but you really do get what you pay for. Very difficult parking (especially with a higher than normal car.... Land Rover Discovery) as all around is pedestrianised and you need to use an underground car park at saome distance. Nicely...

What can we say other than don't go unless you don't mind staying in filth!!! The lights didn't work, the bathroom was extremely tired and dirty,,,even had a nice smear of poo on the toilet seat, we left straight away and got a room at the Hip Hotel, well worth the extra 30 euros. BE WARNED it's disgusting...

I travel a lot for work and this was, without a doubt, the worst place I have ever stayed in. Here is why. 1) When I arrived and asked for the wifi (which was advertised and the #1 criterion for me) I was told it didn't work. I was told they hadn't had internet since July 1st. After 3 days...

“I had the only room on the very top floor, I would not recommend this room! My colleagues had rooms on lower floors, and those rooms were much more spacious. If you are an older person or have difficulty climbing stairs, this hotel is not for you.”
