Awesome location. Wifi is terrible. No elevator. Kind staff. Clean room. Recommended for short visit to see downtown. Near the river. Prices are nice. I would give it 7 out of 10 as a general rating. No iron. There is a tv. Nice shower.

Loved the location & the staff. Very helpful with information. Nevertheless, they booked me at the other end of the street while their office was on the lower end (near the bridge). I had to haul the luggage ll the way up the cobblestone path only to learn that there was no lift (elevator) & had to haul the suitcases...

We stayed here last weekend for a short city-visit to see the castle ruins. We were warmly welcomed, given excellent ideas on where to eat and how to navigate the city and the best value for our trip up the mountain to see the castle. This is a basic European hotel which is very fairly priced, with a basic (no...

I stayed at the hotel during my business travel. My double room was quite large and clean but the whole interior was old and worn down, e.g., ragged carpeting, rusty sink, and broken shower door. Upon arrival, I requested an iron and ironing board but was told that this service is not offered, which is unacceptable for a 3 star...

We stayed overnight for the Christmas market. Everything you'd want to see while visiting Heidelberg is within walking distance of the hotel. Great for going to the castle, shopping, going out to bars and restaurants. The hotel was clean and quite. The staff was quick to give us a map of town at check in and very friendly. Happy with...

Made my reservation through the hotel's website after reading the various reviews. The site was easy to navigate and my room was waiting for me. I knew the location of this hotel - that's why I chose it over other options in Heidelberg. The front desk lady was very polite, advised me to bring my bags into the hotel vestibule,...

The hotel is very well located on the old town, right next to the bridge with the famous monkey monument. The hotel is really simple, free internet. The parking is only the problem, because they don't have have a private parking. They have an agreement with a public parking that takes 8 minutes walking from the hotel. You need first...

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, Staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel has a parking place (9 euro) at about 300 mtrs distance which takes big cars without a problem. it was a pity that the hot water did not work late in the evening and the WIFI access was not great. One can only get access...

This hotel is situated at the Old Bridge in the Old Town. Since we booked a room with 4 beds, we got a large room facing the river, the bridge and the Scheffelterrass and it was just wonderful. The breakfast is rather simple (not a buffet) but you can choose several jams and bread, you can get boiled eggs, cheese...

Stayed here during the Christmas time. Stayed in the annex, private room with ensuite which was well equipped with bath and shower. Warm room with WiFi. Breakfast can be added for a very small fee. Beautiful town and well worth a visit off the beaten track. Only complaint is there is no kitchen facilities but very minor on the scheme...
