Family run, quaint hotel with local flavor in small scenic village, right across from a lovely stream and covered bridge. We happened upon this hotel while driving through the fabulous vistas of the Schwarzwald. The staff was very kind and we had a large room facing the village. It was clean and very comfortable with a porch that we sat...

Breakfast ok and there it stops. Terrible noisy room, located next to high traffic road. Dinner for 27 Euro, including a very good soup, very poor main dish and very small dessert. The beds are not ok and I can really not believe this room was showed when they applied for 4 stars admission. No coffee or tea in the...

Beautiful, family run hotel. It's definitely not luxury but it's rustic, charming and everything you could want from a quiet place to relax in the middle of nowhere! Ample parking, polite and kind staff, exceptionally clean everywhere, well kept property with lots of quirky and traditional decorations. We were personally taken to our room by the lady who checked us...

We were 5 women staying in this very well run family owned hotel. We very much appreciated the great customer service, the kindness and the detailed professionalism of the whole hotel team. We really loved the food: the breakfast buffet, the dinners a la carte or dinner buffet. One of our friends is very allergy-plagued and she was very well...

You can see inside the Hotel that it is not new any more and needs some renovation. The rooms are still nice and clean. However, the leftover food from the day before is always put out on the Buffet again. .... and again. So you never know what is fresh and what is old. Worst was a Salami with funghi...

“Dont pay 40 Euro xtra for the bio room. Our room was a normal room in a 4 star Hotel. I suppose rooms at the back like we had are quieter, the front rooms face a clinic, and are facing the road.Though I looked at one room on the 3rd floor, its views were better All rooms have a balcony.”
