We stayed here for three nights in April 2011. The hotel is in a great location and within a 5 minute walk of a parking garage. The front desk staff speaks English and the lobby is warm and inviting. Our room was of normal European standards (small by American standards), the bed was comfortable, our bathroom luxurious and we had...

The hotel is right in the centre of town and within walking distance to all the main attractions. Rooms are immaculate and very opulent. Staff are helpful and speak perfect english. There's no parking at the hotel but the town centre car park is 5mins walk and only €11 a day (cheaper rates for longer stays). Breakfast was a typcial...

Stayed here Friday 22/04/2011 having booked on LateRooms.com that day. Facilities did not meet what I expect from a Four Star hotel. Hotel was little better than a TraveLodge. No Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room. There was no room left in the car park when we arrived and we had to park in a local car park (no hardship,...

I've always been a fan of 3 star hotels because, generally, you know what you're getting. No shocks, no surprises, no elevated expectations. Heliopark - perhaps - is a victim of elevated expectations. If it had been a 3 star I would have said it was amazing. Rooms were a bit average, nothing too fancy expect for a some nice...

We had a fantastic weekend here & would definitely recommend it! Pros: -Location is superb. About a 15 minute walk to the spas (uphill), maybe 10 to the Casino and plenty of restaurants and bars just out the front door -Beds were exceptionally comfortable (although bear in mind the double beds will likely be the euro-style two twins pushed together)...

This hotel was beautiful, great location, friendly staff! This hotel is in the pedestrian zone, which you might want to know before hand; we didn't so it was a surprise to us to try to find parking! Overall Baden Baden was the best part of our short trip, wish we could have stayed longer!

This was the second time my wife and I have stayed here for a weekend getaway. This hotel is overall, hard to beat. We paid about €130 night each time, and it may be possible to find a place cheaper, but not within the downtown, and not with the countless amenities they offer. When you checkin, they are very courteous...

We wanted to stay in the prime old town district where we could walk to most places. Also, an easy bus ride from the train station. Very close to spas, casino and visitor center. This is the oldest hotel in Baden Baden and the decor was maintained and restored beautifully and has an "air" of elegance. Outstanding full service hotel...
