We did a short weekend trip to B-B. Chose Hotel Merkur online, booking experience was good. The hotel is very central, quiet, room and service were totally ok without being special or outstanding. Good breakfast! We went hiking in the area, there is a 40k hike all around B-B called the 'Panorama-Weg'. Tip: if you're only doing part of it,...

Our stay at the Merkur hotel started with a very warm and funny welcome, Greetings to Mr. Mettbach who has a lot of humor. The hotel is perfect located in the heart of Baden-Baden and beautiful decorated. Our room was spacy, modern and equiped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. More modern as the pics on tripadvisor and...

Small hotel within walking distance of everything you want to see in Baden-Baden. Took a taxi to and from train station. I am sure you could use the bus, which is just a block away, as well. Everything nice here. Feels authentic. Room was clean. Nice bathroom., shower and tub. Breakfast was onsite, included, and wonderful staff here. Only problem,...

Charming small hotel on quiet street just off the main area of town. Very cheerful guy checked us in (girl on duty on the Saturday didn't even look up when we entered ). Room was spotless & modern although bathroom was small with only a wall mounted bottle of combined hair/body wash & the towels were a bit skinny. Breakfast...

Stayed one night in mid-September. I arrived quite early not expecting to check-in but they found me a room--more like a suite. It had a living space, separate bedroom, hall and bathroom. The rooms appeared recently renovated and were quite modern. The staff were very friendly. The location was on a cobbled side street and well located. Highly recommend!

Very pretty hotel on side street walking distance to all local amenities and restaurants. The reception staff couldn't do enough for you and very helpful. Rooms cleaned daily and all hotel spotlessly clean. Lots of fresh food with plenty to choose from every morning. This is one of the best hotels I have had the pleasure to stay in for...

Stayed 2 nights in a superior double. Hotel located in a side street very close to all the main attractions and lots of cafes, bars and restaurants, which was handy as the hotel restaurant was shut for a month even though they only informed us of this days before arrival. The room was fairly spacious with a sitting area but...

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a lovely time in Baden Baden. The hotel is really well located for a short city break as you can walk to everywhere easily. The reception staff were all very helpful and cared about each guest. The breakfast was also tasty. The only slight downsides were - No air conditioning. Although the...
