The foyer, staircase and landings were the worst - 1970s in appearance with polite but disinterested staff. The centrepiece was a metal-framed, frosted glass lift shaft! Breakfast room was old fashioned but well-maintained (apart from the stack of paperbacks cluttering the fireplace!) The bedroom was large, furnished with more modern furniture and very comfortable...although again the fridge placed on the...

This is a very nice hotel in a great location. Staff very helpful. Parking is extra and secure which is all one wants. Rooms are very nice. Furniture is not old but characteristic. It was not at all noisy. Yes ensuite is small but very clean and excellent. There was a mini bar and an honesty bar down stairs with...

Small good and clean hotel in Baden-baden. Very well situated to visit all tourist places. The triple room is huge except the bathroom very small but enough. Breakfast excellent. The hotel has elevator. You can stop the car beside the main door to take out the suitcases because the hotel has 2 parking places there.

The hotel is near all the main attractions of Baden Baden. They provided a parking card (the value was ok) what was really convenient. Breakfast was good. The room was a bit old fashion and the toilet very small. We had a triple room and the third bed was a sofa-bed...

Hotel was in a fabulous central location to the shops, spa etc. Staff were very helpful. Rooms were spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was great. It was reasonably priced and would definitely book again. The only thing that I would change is that I found the pillows uncomfortable, one was too flat and two too high (The long scrunchy type of...

We stayed here for the annual Christmas Market in Baden-Baden. Upon arrival, we were greeted with such a warm feeling. Although we were early and unable to check-in yet, they held our bags while we walked down the street 3 blocks to the local Christmas Market. The hotel is nice, comfy and I would recommend this to anyone attend the...

The hotel is very close to the Spa's and other amenities. The room was an adequate size with a reasonable size bathroom and clean. Though the breakfast was okay but we felt things where not being replenished as fast as they could have been. The hotel was unable to supply soya milk at breakfast. Not only did my wife ask...

I joined friends for a spa weekend in the ancient spa city of Baden-Baden in Germany's Black Forest area. I selected this hotel and was pleasantly surprised. The location is excellent in the heart of the city and only steps from the two main spas, Friedrichbad and Caracalla. The breakfast, which was included in the room rate, was ample and...
