We booked this Apartment under the impression it was near the Solaise lift (according to some info we found on websites) which in fact was not and we had to take a bus. There is no indoor pool (a step inside leading to the outdoor pool does not make it an indoor pool) There is no steam room as stated...

We were there last week (to 21 December) and our overall impression was that it would have been better but for the 2 days of drilling going on! In terms of location, its about 400m or so from the slopes at Val D'isere which only takes about 10 minutes to walk...but not if you have skiis or ski boots ...or...

Great location (in summer)! Extremely friendly and helpful reception staff. The apartment was modern and well looked after - however the floor was not properly cleaned. Towels are not included in the linen package but have to be rented at the reception.... The pool is nice, but the shallowest part is 160 cmtrs...

It is a building with apartments to rent, not a hotel, as other guests already pointed. The 2-4 persons apartments were big enough to accommodate 2 guests in decent conditions, but the third or/and the fourth person would sleep in the same room with the kitchen, where if you would prepare food (and surely you'll do this), I will hardly...

This is not a hotel, because there is NOT: cleaning service, garbage evacuation, change of towels or bed sheets, reception 24 hour, bar or restaurant. We stayed 3 persons in a 5 persons-room and was OK. There are only French TV channels, functioning internet for 5 euros/day, maximum parking places are 18 (free of charge) and parking in Val d'Isere is very...

Basic and small, I think that just about says it all. Ridiculously small if housing four adults, (as was the case with myself and my mates) Chalet floor space was almost completely taken up by the two single and one double bed. There was just enough room for the small dining table and chairs. Definitely no more space to swing...

We stayed in this app during our summier holiday. As we know the size of a typical French app we booked a 7 p app for only the 4 of us. That gave us plenty of room! THE quality of the app is Really far better than i'm used to in France. The bathroom was recently updated as was THE...

Location is superb – close to everything! Apartments are very small so don’t go for the max nr of persons allowed but for the money we paid I would not expect much better . Pool is nice though small. Lounge is nice if you go with bigger group though it is not very cozy. Val dÍsere is very nice small...

Rooms: Like others who have wrote a review on here i would say the same about the room sizes and of it being basic but we were very happy with it. Had a room for 4, you have 1 room which consists of both bedroom & living room plus a little kitchenette. We had a pull down double bed from...

Booked this hotel via Crystal and was sadly disappointed with the place. A room for four actually did not even have one bed. In fact so disappointed that I paid an additional 1100 eros to move to the Hôtel l'Aigle des Neiges, which ironically has the same star rating, yet has very modern and well kept rooms, indoor pool and...
