We stayed here for a week with our 10 year old son! The service was fantastic ! Sara and the office staff went out of their way for us for anything we needed! They booked lovely restaurants every night. We stayed in room 232 looking out to the mountain it was beautiful! The room was room and spacious, our son...

We were very happy with our honeymoon stay at Tsanteleina Hotel. The staff found out that it was our honeymoon before we arrived and they upgraded our room for us free of charge. The honeymoon was off to a great start! We were able to check in a bit early as well. They helped us secure transportation to and from...

The rooms were too small and the bathrooms were really old and uncomfortable. Although the workers were amazing and helpful, not everything was included in the all to be supposed "all included" and the quality of the food was not as good. Apart from that, the spa is good but it should be a none kids allowed because basically they...

We just visit Val d'isere last week, we had a good time in the hotel but we need to say that needs more details to deserve 4 stars. The bathroom is very small and old fashioned and the shower extremely unconfortable, after you get a shower the floor ended all wet. In the room they need hangers for the ski...

Nice hotel, centrally located on the main street off the ski school and lifts. Extremely polite staff from the driver to the cleaning personnel and of course the feont desk people. Especially Sara was not only very inventive to find solutions for all issues which arose, but was also very effective! Breakfast was very good and the pastey was a...

Stayed at this hotel for 6 days for skying. The hotel is really nice, location is amazing, as close as it can be from the ski lift and the old center of the village. Rooms are small but with a genuine regional feeling. Note that the rooms on the "ski slope side" have a really nice view. Very good service,...

Having visited the bar at the hotel Tsantelaina on my last trip to Val d'Isere I promised myself that on my next trip I would stay there as the hotel looked so nice. I was not disappointed! The rooms was luxurious with plenty of space, a lounge area and a view of the mountain. Breakfast was excellent aand the staff...

Just returned after our third visit to the Tsanteleina (see review from May 13). I really cannot fault the service we get from the hotel. Yes it is far from cheap but you get value for money from every euro! The staff are unfailingly cheerful and soon get used to habits, the food remains top notch and the rooms (suggest...

this is a fabulous hotel right in the centre of the town. Access to all the local bars and restaurants in close by and it is within walking distance to the lifts and slopes. Hotel staff are very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was lovely and the bar service on an evening was good. We would definitely return.
