Nothing is too much of a problem with attention to detail all the way. Food excellent and able to cope with demanding last minute requests. Drivers fantastic as were the chalet staff. Outside bar and fire pit always a good source of conversation.

4th time at Le Chardon for early season skiing. The guys did it again, you keep thinking they cannot improve the service, but there is always something new. The food was exquisite, the service amazing and the staff were eager to please.

We stayed in Le chardon's "mistral" chalet in February: this season Le Chardon aced a home run with Klaus - the chalet manager everybody should wish they had! Mistral is gorgeous - and we've been before: the new layout and additions to the chalet have really opened it up: it feels much more spacious, particularly in the lounge area. Le...

Stayed here for a week towards the end of the season. One of the best places I've stayed. The staff were amazing - especially Juliet and Archie. The food was fantastic. Great location as it is so peaceful but the cars will take/pick you up from certain areas. Would definitely go back.

Spent the opening week of the ski season here in the Lafitenia chalet. It really was an upmarket experience with excellent accommodation and superb service. The chalet itself is on the perimeter of Val d'Isere but has good lift access and virtually ski in. But that shouldn't bother you as the navette / transport offered by the chalet serves the...

I have just returned from the Bergerie chalet, part of the Chardon group where I have experienced some of the finest hospitality I think it would be possible to enjoy in a chalet environment. Whilst we were there at the end of season the superb chalet chauffeur service made it possible for the ardent skiers in our party to easily...

Beautiful chalet, comfortable, not bling - exceptional service, particularly from Liz Parkin the Chalet Manager - nothing was too much trouble, she was available to contact even on her day off. Fantastic views, particularly from the lounge and the hot tub after a hard day's ski. Great food (credit to Viv) and all the in resort chauffeurs were extremely pleasant...

I don't care if you travel 1st class around the world ALL the time. You will be totally awe inspired by the whole exquisite experience whilst it still has a relaxed homely atmosphere. We stayed at Killamanjaro chalet with its hot tub and sauna bathed in sun looking over Val D'isere Olympic run. For Sarah and her team nothing was...
