In the middle of the shopping area, this hotel is perfect to pass by and drop of your buyings :-). There are plenty of restaurants and terrases in the area. The water bottels are always availlable. Super friendly staff and nice clean rooms with a touch of personality.

An superb little hotel, would highly recommend. Staff warm and helpful. Hotel is centrally located and was a real find. Thrilled we found it. Would be happy to return. The "Happy Hour" is a really novel ideal, is generous and was a wonderful little extra surprise.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my husband for his birthday. We were given a kind gift to celebrate delicious chocolates from the chocolatier next door. We had room 207 which was Superior. Lovely balcony looking onto the front. My only gripe was no headboard so it made sitting up in bed a bit uncomfortable. Also would have liked an...

Nice hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, rooms not too big but nice and clean. The hotel is located near shops and restaurants. Very nice happy hour every day in the lobby for free. Great breakfast.

it could not be better as a location !! you are in the heart of the presqu'ile of Lyon, and you can park and walk from there . The hotel has this sweet concept of aperitive at 6 pm inviting you for wine tasting and tapas. You feel in a family. However, part of the team is great, and friendly...

Single room was certainly a bit 'bijou' (i.e. compact), but fine for my purposes. What set Silky apart was, in contrast to my more common experience of French hotels, genuinely attentive and considerate staff. From the gentle encouragement to enjoy the free evening buffet, to the speedy follow-up of a colleague who'd left a shirt behind, great attention was paid...

Great location, great staff, loved the happy hour of local produce every evening. Great breakfast with a wide selection to suit everyone, but no cooked food. Stripped back interiors make for an interesting boutique hotel. On our visit the wifi was slow and unreliable, but this may not be typical. Free coffee and water bottles in reception, which was delightful...

The hotel is very cosy, has a fantastic location and a super kind staff!!! I had an excellent room and a delicious breakfast. The happy hour offered by them makes the ambience very friendly. I just would like to recommend bigger towels and a frigo in the rooms.

This hotel gets bizarrely terrific reviews - I just don't get it, because to me it is a dump. Of course we got what was possibly the worst room in the building, up a narrow winding flight of stairs, with a ceiling so low I'm sure it is illegal. The room was very very basic, and grubby, it was overheated...

Our stay at the hotel Silky was perfect. The Silky is ideally located just steps from numerous restaurants, bakeries, bars and shops, including grocery. We were warmly greeted by the staff who, although were very busy, were very pleasant. We stayed in room number 201 which is large to host families. The furnishings were pleasant and well appointed. The room...
