The hotel manager here has turned around a small hotel with hard work and the number 1 rule in the hotel game is hospitality. The small team at Hotelo all went that extra step in making our stay super. The hotel manager offered me a cold beer after walking over 10 km's on a day out in Lyon in Australian...

This hotel really delighted us during a weekend visit to Lyon. All staff were really friendly and helpful and gave us some excellent tips. The room was not big but well arranged, with a nice bathroom. The hotel has an original style and is not like all the others - loved the breakfast crockery, and also the breakfast itself, although...

What a lovely little hotel. Staff were extremely helpful. Room was nice. We travelled as a family of four with our dog. It was nice to have a family room where we were not charged an extortionate price. Fantastic location to explore the city of Leon. Good breakfast. Highly recommend.

The staff were very helpful and caring and dealt with our many needs. Location near Metro was good for getting around Lyon. Room was basic but quiet and equipped. Breakfast was well prepared and room was inviting.

The room fees are really cheap for this kind of hotel. The first contact was a bit cold but then after the staff was friendly and the breakfast is really good. The room are nice and very very clean. However the street is really noisy (renovation work, garbage collector in the early morning, I might have been unlucky) and you...

Parking is in a small cave like entrance into then down a narrow ramp to a small parking garage attached to the hotel for 15 euros a night or about 300 yards away at a multi level lot. The staff were exceptional when we checked in on March 19. The girl was very helpful giving us great advice on what...

What a find! Stayed here with kids after a week skiing before a morning flight home. Tastefully furnished in a historic characterful townhouse with a very friendly proprietor, and all for the price of a travel-lodge. Wandered round town and ate in one of Lyon's gastros at night, in the morning climbed the 50,000 steps to the cathedral in the...
