Fantastic hotel in a great location in the heart of the city. All the staff are extremely friendly and courteous and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are clean and very comfortable and overall the hotel puts other so-called 4 stars to shame! Highly recommended.

Any former "grandeur" of the Grand has been modernised out of this hotel. We stayed one night in a junior suite on the third floor. Quite spacious, excellent sound proofing and very hip, but the large plastic designer armchair is the most uncomfortable I have ever sat on. Excellent free wifi and aircon. The real strength of this hotel is... More

A very clean and modern in-town hotel. The staff was so helpful (most speak very good English). Loved the location to shops and eats. Bed was comfortable. Our room was a little small for opening 2 suitcases but we managed. Oh, and there is a safe and refrigerator in the room. Nice.

Well positioned in the heart of the city in an old characterful block transformed into a stylish modern 'boutique' trendy hotel. Not really grand for the 'Grand' name, which misleads a bit. Public rooms modern and brightly coloured, though the bar is rather cheerless, characterless and not very comfortable, with no soft seats, a couple of stylish hard ones and... More

Ideally located in the centre of Grenoble. I fall in love with this town, what a nice atmosphere. Room was very good and the breakfast. The friendly staff at reception were very helpful. Thanks again for our excellent experience with your hotel and Grenoble. Would definitely come back.

After driving Napoleons 100k mountain pass the Grand was a very welcome resting place, ideally located in the centre of Grenoble, no parking problems, simply give the keys in and leave the rest to the staff, the reception area was busy and on the ball, we were met by Luis an absolutely charming man, very helpful and efficient. Rooms were... More

Ideal hotel for both business and leisure. Hotel has been updated and is similar to many good boutique hotels. However, the rooms are great, the beds are comfy and bathrooms excellent. All in all really pleased. Only downside is there is no restaurant- but there is a good bar.

We stayed one night to go the next day down on Rue Napoleón to Nice. As my navigation system didn't made it through the jungle of Grenoble, we were routed by a friendly lady from the hotel via mobile to the Hotel. And the friendly and excellent service continued with all the other staff. A very small "Grand Hotel" but... More
