Stayed here for 2 nights in July. Grenoble and the Alps are fantastic and I regret we didn't stay longer in the area. We had a 4 person apartment which, for 2 of us was great, and it's fair to say the place was well laid out, tidy and good value for money. But July in a heatwave with no...

We had a nice stay in Grenoble. The location of the Citadines hotel is great with easy walking to the city centre and many parks, supermarkets and restaurants very close by. Look for the Parc du Département de l'Isère around the back of the hotel if you have children or just want a safe, clean piece of grass to spread...

We have encountered the most terrible reception experience ever and hotel manager Jeremy also provided wrong information to us which caused us a parking penalty EURO17. The staff is totally lack of service. Room is also quite small and worse is no air conditioning, terribly hot in room and guests stay in lobby late for cold air; house keeping charge...

The reception close at 10pm sharp and don't bother them to leave. We encountered theft the first day arrived and reception provided no service and only the next day morning they check CCTV (a theft stole our luggage in front of entrance stairs) and told us there is nothing they can do nor responsible for that! They also provided wrong...

Dear YSP2005, Thank you for sharing your feedback on your recent stay with us. It is our every intention to provide excellent service and products to our residents. Air conditioning in the lobby up arrival felt good -- but there is none in the rooms!!! Grenoble is experiencing a heat wave this year, as the rest of France but come on, this place is known to be hot every summer. No air conditioning for that $? If you want to sleep I urge you to go somewhere else.

Dear Miniminimo, As a serviced residence, we always consider the comfort of our residents of utmost importance. We understand the lack of air conditionning can be frustrating and we would have been glad that your discomfort was made known to us during our stay. We could have offer you to move on a lower floor, much cooler during this high...

I recently stayed here during Easter break. Finding decent self catering accommodation in most European cities can often be difficult but this is a real find. Compact but well appointed apartments with small kitchen area which has a fridge and basic catering utensils. Ideal if you're travelling with fussy kids. We had a room at the back of the property...

We stayed here for one night. Apartments is located very central and we were able to visit many central areas of Grenoble. Apartments has a small kitchen. Receptionist can speak english. Booked two beds but we have got only one, but sofa was ok. Beds and rooms are not that large as we expected.

“There is no air-conditioning in the room and you shoul be aware that summer in Grenoble sometimes is very hot.”

“It can get very hot in Grenoble. I noticed on other reviews something about asking reception for a desk fan but I ignored this advice and it's too late at 1.00 in the morning. Maybe if you think it's going to be a very hot night discuss it with someone earlier in the day. Naturally the heat wave ended on the day I left”
