Horrible holiday. Until I came across one staff member who I forgot the name of. She was amazing at her job and with the children. However; I heard she was fired from another staff member the following day.
Not sure what went on but I believe you need her to return to the team t

We booked this as our first ski holiday with 4 and 7 year old. I had been recommended Ski Esprit and they were faultless - as an earlier reviewer said - I want to write to the parents of all the staff and commend them on bringing up such fun and hardworking kids. Of particular no

This was our first Espirit ski holiday with our 18 month old daughter and it was perfect. I had some reservations with it being a 3star chalet but they were quickly eradicated.

The location is perfect - ski onto the green Altiport run, with another green running along side it a

I reviewed this hotel 2 years ago and gave it 4 stars. I've only given it 5 stars this time as I wasn't allowed to give it 6.

Where to start. Firstly to the owner. Please please please don't sell up when Esprit's lease expires. Courchevel has enough 5 star establishments f

Hi - I'm thinking coming with my 10 year old twins in early January 2019 .... is the hotel full of little, younger kids - or will there likely be some kids in the 10 to 14 age group as well? Thanks!
We are going Jan 13th and have an nearly 9 year old !

We have booked ESF Piou-Piou for our (will be) 4 year old who has never skied before. It's at the children's village which is down by the Ice rink in the centre of 1850. What's the best way of getting there on day one? Any one else been in the same boat? What did you do?
are there facilities to dry wet clothes/boots? a drier? adequate radiators in rooms?
All yes. Kids boots I would put in the adult section though as it's cold in theirs.

How easy is it to walk in to the village? We have 1 non skier in the group and want to check how easy it is to get in to town.
You'll need the airport bus as walking isn't practical.

Can the children sit with the adults at dinner. As a family holiday I wouldn't like to put mine to bed or in kids club in the evening?
Agree with last comment we were not sure about using baby sitting service but they literally sat outside our door and will put their head in to check or tuck in if u want. It's very very well run.
