This little guesthouse is in a perfect location in Chamonix. The main street is just down the block and there is a grocery store on the corner. We really enjoyed just strolling around the town and popping into the shops. Unfortunately, it was overcast and drizzly while we were there so we did not take the ride up the mountain.... More

We arrived in Chamonix without a reservation as we had had a change of plans due to an injury. Stopping at the tourist info centre they found us this lovely centrally located hotel for a reasonable price. We walked over to it and found that after some rearranging of patrons we could have the same room for the two nights.... More

Visited in February for some cross-country skiing. This is a lovely family-run hotel and very comfortable. The premises is being refurbished and the rooms are small and quaint - nonetheless, we found a warm welcome and very kind proprietors. The location could not be beaten, right in the center of town and 500 meters from the XC area. Breakfast was... More

Hotel du Clocher is tucked away one side of Chamonix, about 10-15 minutes walk from the Chamonix Mont Blanc station. The main town is about 5 minutes walk. It's quiet and has a homely atmosphere. The rooms are small, cozy with soft beds, wooden interiors, furniture and good ventilation. There are plug points near the bed and table. Towels, shower... More

Excellently located in the heart of Chamonix, with a view over Mont Blanc, but away from a centre, on the quiet street. Everything, the bust stop, supermarket, ski lift, within 5-10 min walking distance. The room was cosy, but very small, the bathroom was so small that I could barely stand up in there, but all in all nothing less... More

Recently refurbished, comfortable rooms, great shower. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money. Very close to slopes and centre of Chamonix. Really good breakfast every morning, I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is really good. It has been renewed! The location is perfect, and the staff is really warm :) the only bad thing is that it is a bit noisy, because the walls are very thin, but that's ok if you are waking up early to go to ski. The breakfast is good and cheap. It is worthy! We'll... More

This is a really sweet place, nothing fancy but very nice. We had a balcony view of Mont Blanc. The room was a little small but it was very comfortable. The sweet woman who runs the place is a real gem and is worth the stay alone. This is a great value for being in the middle of Chamonix.

This is a small place just for sleepover, but they also serve breakfast, which was pretty basic. There is no room in the reception, so you feel squeezed in. Room was ok and clean with view to the neighbour house wall. Bathroom was large and nice. If there are not too many cars, you also get free parking, i think.... More
