My brother and I stayed here for several nights in between climbs in the area. The rooms are nice, clean, with good views of the town and mountains. The staff are very friendly, accommodating, and speak multiple languages. The breakfasts were delicious. The location is very convenient.

Very convenient for walking the town. Very pretty setting with magnificent views. The hotel is pleasant without being exceptional but the staff are excellent with English being the first language for several of them. Comfortable rooms and good breakfast. Very reasonable priced hotel

The location of this hotel couldn't be better - a few minutes walk to the center, the Aiguille du Midi cabin and Montenvers train. We stayed in a two bedroom suite facing the town, the interior was very nice and cleaning ok. Two great balconies were perfect for relaxing! There was quite a lot of noise from the street but... We booked Pointe Isabelle because of (a) its location in the centre of town and (b) its price. It lived up to expectation on both points - it was great value and right in the middle of things in town, with all the shops and restaurants a short walk away. The main cable car to Aiguille du Midi is only... More

We had lunch here on two occasions and were very pleased with the food. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. It was reasonably priced. Would recommend and visit again. It is in a good location in the centre of town. You can sit outside if you wish.

A great place to stay bang in the centre of town. Nice quaint rooms with all modern amenities. Wonderful staff and service as well. The views from the balcony are stunning and the train stn is a 5 min walk away. Since it is right in the middle of the city centre there are great bars and shops all around... More

Looks dated from the outside, but the rooms have been done very well, good food in the restaurant and a great location! Very impressed for a 3* hotel! We got a deal as booked last minute but would also add great value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Pointe Isabelle for a long weekend. The location is excellent, with access to the train station close by as well as lots of restaurants and a small supermarket across the road. The room was a decent size with a great view of the mountains. We were provided with fresh towels and additional shampoo when requested. The shower... More

Stayed here in early March for a week while skiing in the area. We chose to stay in a hotel this year instead of self-catering, and we think we made a great decision. This hotel is really nice, especially when you've had a long day skiing. The rooms are modern and spacious, the bed is comfortable and the staff are... More

Stayed 4 nights for a long ski weekend. In short, it was great and probably the best hotel on a ski trip I've stayed in. Modern refurb, great shower, spacious room, great bar and restaurant and perfect location for town and ski bus. Would stay again.
