We booked a short break in this hotel and were pleasantly surprised it's quite near the old town and the breakfasts are good. Make sure you reserve a parking space as they can get full. Only a short walk to the many bars and restaurants. The staff are vert helpful

On arrival by car, it was apparent this hotel had a perfect location for us. Right in the middle of town with all facilities you could want almost on the doorstep. 200m walk to the old city and lakefront, with a Monoprix supermarket not much further. Extremely friendly & helpful reception staff with bright, modern public areas. Even the carpark...

We really liked this hotel because it is easy to walk to everything from here. The lake, the shopping and the historical sites are all minutes away. The property seems very recently updated so the rooms were spotless clean and very modern. Breakfast is also included. Enjoy! Annecy

The staff I came across in this hotel were all great, which is often half the battle. The hotel is well-located centrally, but I think you have to be lucky with the rooms. Mine was tiny although it had a small balcony overlooking the street. That said, it was clean and reasonably modern. Breakfast was dreadful - no hot food...

Don’t be dissuaded by the unassuming and plain exterior of the hotel. For me, this is the equivalent of a boutique hotel with contemporary décor and two warm and friendly employees behind the front desk. We (my husband and I) initially booked an Executive Room, but opted for a Junior Suite upon check-in as we wanted much bigger space. It...

We had made a booking at another hotel for 2 nights, but when we arrived the hotel was undergoing renovations. The tourist office suggested this hotel, and how lucky for us that the hotel had space. Room rate was excellent for a walk-in. Room was of good size with adequate space for a couple travelling with two large suitcases. Bed...

My wife and I have stayed here on two previous occasions and, this being a special occasion, we upgraded to a Junior Suite for our 5 night stay. Even though there are no views to speak of, I think this is the best hotel in town. OK, we've only stayed in two others, but one we thought was the premier hotel...

The hotel is quite well appointed. The décor is a refreshing contemporary minimalism. In the rooms there are NO wall hangings of any type, never been to a hotel bold enough to do this, and it works! We rolled in well after midnight sans reservation one night and the staffer was kind attentive and checked us in and got us...

While this hotel cannot offer a lake or mountain view, it is very well situated for walking around the city. We really loved our room. It was large with a great bathtub and a lovely bottle of bath salts. The staff of the hotel was really friendly and helpful. When I commented on how much I was looking forward to...

This hotel is very clean and serviceable and in a great location just on the outside of the old town and a modern shopping centre with a supermarket a block away. So many restaurant choices so close. The room was good although the toilet was separate and small. The staff were incredibly helpful and we appreciated this. Would stay here...

“The noise reduction in bedrooms is excellent, so front or back aren't any different. View from front is of a shopping street, with hills across the rooftops. At the back it's the rear of other flats and a car park. There are balconies at the rear - you get sun later in the day.”
