Do they offer a complimentary shuttle to the airport?
no need take taxi or uber. but i took bus "airport to st Charles station" 8 euro and 20min. very good

I do not remember. Î' pretty sure that if you ask the hotel, they will answer you promply. Even, they should provide you a room equiped with what you désire if you ask.

Hi Katrina, I don't know the answer to your question. The consierge or any staff member speak excellent English and many other languages and are extremely helpful. I suggest giving them a call.
