We arrived by car using satnav and had no trouble finding the entrance to the Vinci parking on Allee Turcat Mery, which is under ResidHotel. A number of people we met had difficulty finding it. Square des Freres Ambrogiani is only the area in front of the hotel off Allee Turcat Mery. It may help to know that the store...

Good, clean and big appartement with confortables beds and a complete kitchen. Close of metro and closest of a Carrefour. I stayed with for more 3 people in a confortable place. Kind employees, helpfull reception, good breakfast, comfortable room and bed, clean room. One night lots of noise because of a birthdayparty in one of the rooms. Manager did his best to stop the party. We accepted more then we got.

We were pretty disappointed in the quality of this hotel. The staff was rude and not very accommodating. Our a/c unit rattled loudly for most of our stay and the secondhand smoke throughout the hotel was unbearable most of the time. It is a long term hotel, so beware that other residents may be cooking in nearby rooms. We often...

Stayed here for 4 nights with my family and would rate it as an average hotel within France. Firstly the location is pretty good, it's close to the metro, has a supermarket close by and a laundromat across the road and secondly within a short walk you will find a number of eateries that are reasonably priced. The hotel itself...

We travelled here via metro and was pleasantly surprised as to the location. Easy to travel to with cases. Reception and check in was okay, we were asked to pay at check in, which is strange for us, but agreed to do so. The price we paid was slightly more than quoted because of exchange rate, but not by much....

This month I stayed 2 nights at Residhotel Grand Prado with a few friends. We arrived around noon (and as we expected) the room wasn't ready yet. We returned at 2 o'clock, when the receptionist told us there was a problem with housekeeping. She kept us waiting for a few minutes and then decided to give us an upgrade. Instead...

Economically minded, good location, kitchenette in room, rooms clean and comfortable. Helpful staff, easy to access. Breakfast included and wide-variety of options available. We stay here most times we visit Marseille.
