We were quite well received by the reception staff. Certainly discreet but very courteous and cordial, we were well informed.
The room was very decent, clean despite a torn duvet once defeated. Clean sheets and very comfortable bedding.
Very special and very appreciated mention for the hotel restaurant: unbeatable value for money. Tasty, generous portions, we were very satisfied. The service was perfect. And special attention to the Majid server, very considerate, very courteous, inviting and very pleasant, with attention that we greatly appreciated. We recommend him and thank him for his professionalism.

Overall, I liked this hotel and recommend it for those looking for a modest hotel with plenty of amenities.
Pros:
close to the old port, downtown, etc.
Near grocery, bank, and pharmacies.
Nice park near by.
Very nice staff.
Wonderful breakfast daily.
Daytime restaurant during the week.
TV and wifi.
Air conditioner
Room cleaning service
Comfy beds
Clean rooms
Elevator
Free, cold water to take to your room
Cons:
the neighborhood has a surprising amount of dog poop on the street. This isn't their fault, but just know the area around is a little run down.
The air-conditioning broke BUT they had it fixed in less than 24 hours so they were great.
Air conditioner only cools down to 26 degrees... But... Since I expected no AC this was good.
The rooms are a little cramped

Hotel on the side of the road, our room faced the street... the double glazing is not enough. The welcoming staff and the entrance to the hotel is very pretty and clean. The small elevator, the dirty room, chewing gum stuck to the bedside lamp, dirty mirror, cigarette butt on the window sill, dead insect in the bathroom, the seals need to be redone and the shower head needs to be changed. The windows are dirty. I informed the reception who just said "sorry" we paid 120th for the night not even a commercial gesture nothing!!! The velodrome is 25 minutes away on foot

Absolutely run down shithole.
Due to circumstances we had to find a hotel at short notice and booked a night there for €105.
The room was absolutely filthy, there were black hairs on the bed and the bathtub was dirty.
The carpet was stained and it smelled strange. Since it was already midnight, we accepted our fate and slept there rather badly. To top it off, we discovered the next morning that the shower didn't work.
All of that for €105!
I can only recommend that everyone give this dump a wide berth.

Rubbish service, location, food and rooms!
I could put up with the poo location.
I couldn’t put up with the absolute rubbish breakfast offerings.
I could put up with the tiny bloody rooms that mean I need to only open my suitcase in the corridor
But when we organise to watch the rugby in your back room, and offer to pay and you tell us it’s all sorted. Only to tell us to “f&ck off, no” 5 mins before, I have nothing but distaste for your establishment.

We only stayed for 2 nights because we only came to watch the Rugby World Cup. The hotel is very close to the stadium which was a big plus for us; all around quite lively area in a positive sense that you get restaurants etc without having to sacrifice your night's sleep. Hotel was quiet and overall good. We did not eat in the hotel at all, so cannot comment on that.

Big rooms, good breakfast, well located.
Parking, my fault, i did not see it was not free when I booked, and worse, it's underground, without elevator :-(
A first room was smelling tobacco, happily, i was given another room. (cleanliness average for this reason)
And last point, as in my room there were two bathrooms, i didn't know it before leaving, but my relatives did not have hot water... And we have not tell the hotel there was a problem to be solved. So don't know if it could have been ok.
And the restaurant was closed.

About the restaurant:
Gain from being known. Very good restaurant.
Everything was delicious, and Majid, the person who takes care of the kitchen and the room, is dedicated to his customers.
Choice of starters and desserts, daily specials.
Even the bread was very good.

Passing through on a trip to Barcelona, we stayed at this hotel, easily accessible and equipped with private parking for a fee (10 € per day).
Nice hotel, nice and clean rooms. There are no bedside tables, shelves or solutions for placing phone/glasses or anything else near the bed
Possibility to have breakfast at the hotel.
Neighborhood quite dirty and scruffy. Various restaurants/fast food/take away nearby.
