The staff was really nice :) They offered us to park in front of the hotel which saved us a good 20€ in parking for the night. The bedrooms are clean and comfy. The hotel is well located, walking distance to the Vieux Port and als.

Super friendly receptionist, very accommodating. We drove a car so he made way for us to park the car in front of the hotel for free. The hotel itself is small and a little old but the rooms are clean and comfortable. We stayed in a room facing the back and it was quiet. Excellent location in the centre of...

This is no more than a 3 star hotel at best and I'm being generous at that. It's super small so don't exhale when you get in there. It's a one night max place to visit. You gotta love the attached stairs to get to your room. Then when checked out the guy working the counter tried to tell us...

Having got tickets in the draw for a match at the Euros, ( Iceland v Hungary) my son and I decided to make the most of our trip and stay over in Marseille. We had an excellent welcome from the hotel reception, who, despite the events earlier in Marseille between England and Russian fans, was very friendly and helpful. The...

Very friendly reception staff, central location and overall a nice stay. The room was very clean, and I had a good stay. The breakfast was a little on the thin side, but not a major issue. Given I was staying during a very busy time for the city, the hotel staff were very accommodating. Would happily return.

From the minute we walked in we were made very comfortable. Everyone of the 24hr staff here were very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, with a luxurious shower. With an easy walk to the port I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to spend a couple of days in Marseille.

Tres sympa. Excellent attention paid to the traveller. Self service breakfast in the airy dining room. Help given with enquiries about local visits. First class shopping in the immediate vicinity, as well as a short walk to the opera house and the theatre, and the cruisers in le Vieux Port. Enjoyed visiting the fish market each morning. Room adequate but...

The only Paradise at this hotel is in the name. The hotel is in a shady part of twon and has only on-street parking. There are exactly 4 parking spots for the hotel. I qrrived quite late at night and hat to unload my luggage in the middle of the street. I ended up parking several blocks away and walked...
