Loved our brief time at this hotel. The view was amazing. Great get away from the hustle of Nice and the Euro cup. Would come back any time. The breakfast was delicious. The people were friendly and the rooms were pristine. Would highly recommend

Our second visit to this very relaxing and comfortable hotel did not disappoint. Pleasant and very efficient staff and again the highlight of our experience was been ferried to St. Paul de Vence in an "upside down" pram, the 2CV

The hotel is located on the mountain . It is like 15-20 minutes away from la promenade des anglais. And 10 minutes away from the beautiful village of Saint Paul de vence. A place not up be missed. It is like a small villa and the few rooms available are being rented. Everything is cute and relaxing . The hotel...

Wonderful view, good rooms, so-so bathrooms, no evening dining but "picnicking" on our terrace was great. Yet another place that leaves me wishing for a 4.5 on Tripadvisor. On balance, at 250 euros a night, 4/5.

A little drive up the mountain and your there a charming little hotel probably not more than 15-20 rooms each in double layer, bedroom upstairs. In usual Parisian style the receptionist it felt like she wanted to slap us both across the face for asking a couple of questions. But other than that it's a really nice hotel. Heated pool...

We stayed here for just one night but everything about our stay was lovely. The room was beautifully furnished and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views from the bedroom were beautiful, as we could see the medieval city through the large windows. Breakfast on the terrace outside the dining room was a definite highlight of...

We stayed here in 2014 for our anniversary and we loved it. It was clean, charming and offered a great breakfast buffet (a major deal for me). We loved sitting on the veranda having wine before dinner meeting other friendly travelers. The car service was a great bonus as my husband was sick of me schlepping him around on public...

We stayed at this hotel for four nights and found it very good. We used the car parking area and from the minute we arrived the reception staff were very helpful. The staff spoke English very well. We asked for recommendations and directions to restaurants and it was fine, they booked tables for us. We had breakfast each morning and...

Occasionally we come across a hotel that goes that extra step to make a visit into something special. That's is what La Grande Bastide provided. Most hotel welcomes are American style, namely forced, here we felt truly welcome without being overbearing and although we speak reasonable French there was not a hint that using English was an issue. Not always...

Just returned from a visit with my mother and 5 month old baby. This hotel is an excellent location from which to explore the Côte d'Azur from, tourist destinations all within driving distance and a beautiful place to retreat back to. Staff all welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. I had been apprehensive about travelling with a young...
