It is an old, renovated, very charming villa. My wife and me had a beautiful room with a spacious bathroom and a large terrace, and the furniture was elegant. The owner was very kind : the best think is the absolutely quiet place: we relaxed very well!

Just three nights of deep sleep followed by tasty and un-rushed breakfasts in the sunny sub-tropical garden... Staying at Villa Les Cygnes will be well-remembered. Thank you Nicholas for you time, attention to detail, care, advice and humour...You and Villa Les Cygnes are an asset to the beautiful city of Nice.

A beautiful small boutique hotel in a delightful location; ideal for quiet couples or singles. 8 min walk to the Promenade des Anglaise and close to the old and new parts of the city where there is an abundance of cafes and restaurants. Nicholas is the most charming host; his attention to detail in all aspects of his hotel is...

I chose the Villa Les Cygnes because we didn't want to stay in a large chain hotel on the promenade. It is a really special place, in a small villa with some Belle Epoque features. Our room was spotlessly clean with a spacious modern bathroom and a large outside terrace. We were fortunate to stay there on the first day...

We regularly stay at the Hotel Villa Les Cygnes. It has become something of a second home for us. Small, charming, very friendly and a great location - and all the other things you would wish for. Highly recommended.

This is a lovely B&B kind of facility in a great area just 10 minutes walk from the promenade. The room was cosey and the bathroom was excellent. Our room was on the ground floor and had a nice balcony attached to it where you could sit and experience the sun. You can park in front of the Villa and...

My wife and I stayed in the upstairs balcony room in June 2014, Nicholas had only recently taken over from the previous host, Benedicte Our upstairs room was spacious and airy with beautiful French windows . The bathroom was large, spotlessly clean and modern with two basins. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms. But the...

A gentle oasis, ideally placed. Close enough to the centre of Nice/sea front for food and culture( walking distance), but far enough away to avoid the traffic noise. Gentle and genial host, could not be more helpful. Impeccably clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

free parking is in the street IF space available, NO GUARANTEED SPACES... however, once parked we left it there as location was excellent for easy walk to beach through museum down the street (Musée des Beaux-Arts de Nice), but when museum closes they lock the gates so must walk around block to return
