The room smelled of mildew and wasn't exactly 'clean', but the staff was great, as was the location. I was comfortable and it was really inexpensive, we had a double room in the spring for fifty euro.

Nice geolocation. There is a railway station near, a big walking street, many cafees. The room was rather clean and small with shower. The shower had hot water. Also there was air conditioner. On the reception you could take a hair dryer, a kettle. The staff on the reception speakes English well and is very friendly.

The hotel is in a very convenient location to majority of the attractions in Nice. Just 2 mins away from the train station, and a walk away to the beach. Very clean rooms with comfortable beds. I traveled with my wife and 2 kids (inc a baby).

Friendly pleasant staff and clean hotel however we found it noisy at night despite windows being closed. Cheap and cheerful hotel for 2 star, fresh towels and beds made daily. Taxi driver advised us to be careful at night in the area but very central for trams and trains on doorstep which was great.

We were in this hotel for two days, it is really near to city center and to train station, and really easy to get. Nice is a very expensive city, so I think is a good option if you dont want to expend a lot. Unfortunatelly, wifi was out of sevice all the time, and we never were informed about this...

On the positive side: * This hotel is located just near the train station of Nice and the tram stop to the beach. * powerful airconditioning Thats about it . Anything else is just a rip off. While the reception may look nice, the rooms are small, outdated and not clean. Expect stains on comforters, carpet and in the toilet...

When travelling to France for Euro 2016 we stayed here the first two nights. Hotel is in a good location close to main train station and also close to main shopping street and food outlets. About a mile from promenade but tramline runs up main street. Rooms cleaned dailly and free wifi.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my brother as we followed our team in Euro 2016, it's fine for 2 fellas who want to get sleep, no secure place for bags before check in, the stairs up to rooms had an awful smell, room was just ok, bed was fine, toilet was bearable but it was a quick in &...

Excellent location. Short walk from Nice-Ville railway station, 2 mins walk to the main street Ave. Jean Medecin which will take you down to Promenade Des Anglais. Staff were very concerned that I might find my room noisy as it faced a street, I chose not to move rooms as people laughing means the city is alive :)
