Four of us stayed here for a long weekend in Oct16. We were all very impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the rooms, the fresh and abundant breakfasts and the friendliness of the owner, Toni. Toni made us all feel at home, was very clear in walking us through anything we would need to know about keys, storage, etc,...

Toni is a great Host, very helpful with advice and served breakfast in her delightful dining room. I would not hesitate in recommending...

Pleasant three night stay in the green room. The room was relatively basic (eg no air con or mini fridge) but very pretty and well presented. Toni was very helpful and gave a number of recommendations for where locally to visit and eat. Lovely little garden to use in the evenings. Breakfast was nice, particularly the freshly squeezed orange juice...

We stayed 5 nights in the blue room. The room was very comfortable, clean and like the rest of the house well maintained and cared for. Toni was a great host, and she gave us excellent advise on trips, restaurants and places to see and visit. Villa L'Aimee, was not too close nor too far from the heart of town,...

We recently stayed here and Toni, the owner/host, made us very welcome. We stayed in the Green Room which was both comfortable and charming with its own ensuite. The linen was beautiful and the attention to detail remarkable. The location is very handy and while not in the touristy area of Nice, the old town and the main shopping area...

We stayed for 9 nights in the Gold Room. The house and our room were spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Toni was the perfect host with a great personality and lovely sense of humour. We found the Villa L'Aimee to be close enough for all that Nice has to offer, but far enough away to get some peace from the...

Villa L'Aimee is a true treasure in Nice! The rooms are absolutely beautiful and Toni is a superb host. Not only did she create an outstanding breakfast for us every morning, but she helped us make restaurant reservations, gave great recommendations and provided detailed directions. She even gave us bubble wrap to protect the antiques we bought at the Monday...

Had a really comfortable stay here. The rooms are beautifully done out. Two have on-suite ours (the blue room) had a private bathroom a short distance away. You are provided with a robe each to preserve dignity. I am an on-suite is a must type of person but I did not find it a problem. The beds were really comfortable...

Villa L'Aimee is a beautiful, tasteful property to the north of Nice. Toni is a wonderfully hospitable host (who also rustles up a terrific breakfast!). The rooms are just lovely - well equipped, comfortable and very chic. There is a pretty courtyard to relax in and Toni gave us some faultless recommendations for nearby sightseeing and eating.

What a delight and a high quality ambience to this unique place to stay. Toni was a great host, very warm hospitality and lovely breakfast in a part of Nice that gets you far enough away from the noise but close enough to get in the middle of it. We had the Blue room for our weeks stay and loved...
