Self catering studio flats by the exhibition center Akropolis, near place Garibaldi and near to old Nice. Tram one minute away to place Massena and train station Nice. (Shopping). Two blocks away from end stop of public bus, to and from airport. Flats with balconys in the second floor. Flats to the back are very quiet. I prefer streetside for... More

Chose this place after reviewing the other Adagio properties. Room furnishings were quite old but beds were comfortable. Laundry facility was limited but one of the best. Clear instructions were posted on the wall. Room keys were manual (as in no key card access). Hotel is also a short walk in between the tram stops. We walked from the acropolis... More

great location, superior room nice and big but disappointed with view from balcony only because i prefer a street view because i like the hustle and bustle. love using the pool, just perfect to cool down in the afternoon. lovely people work here, always polite and curteous. i like more than one pillow, staff were happy to oblige. although in... - pathetic wifi. Very slow and stops working repeatedly. Calling the reception always yields the same answer: to wait (waiting time may vary anywhere between 10 mins to 10 hrs) - room not cleaned throughout the stay (5 nights). Towels weren't replaced, even the rubbish wasn't taken away - the walls are so thin, can hear others flushing the toilet... More

Currently in this hotel. Room dirty, airconditioning looks as if it has not been cleaned in 20 years. Worst of all, no hot water! This is a hotel room that cost a hundred euros per night - would at least expect the basics.

We have stayed in a number of 'Adagio Access' in Europe and found this property a bit run down with broken tiles in the bathroom and generally in need of re-decoration. However, the location is good with on-site underground parking (book ahead), near to the trams and a short walk to the restaurants at Place Garabaldi and the lovely warren... More

Good location next Beach, walkable to city center and supermarkt. Nice staff, good english. Air conditioning was leaking and room was not cleaned (But we were too lazy to complain though). Kitchen was basically equipped. We would recommend it.

We stayed for seven nights whilst attending a convention at the Acropolis which is directly across the road so very convenient. The room had a self contained kitchenette against one wall but crockery and utensils were very limited. We were able to get our own breakfast, make a sandwich or coffee on demand. Desperately in need of a fresh coat... More

Great homely hotel in the heart of Nice, close to all of the trains, trams, busses and walking distance from tranquil little French café settings for a quick eat or long glass of wine. Hosts are friendly and caters for all your needs. Easy to get to the airport with a shuttle. Make sure to arrange for daily cleaning of... More

Hotel is ugly, spartan and expensive. The main problem though was that after booking a twin room (requesting this on booking, to be fair) I was given a cramped double bed only for me and my friend to share. This would be understandable as they do say 'subject to availability' except that I had booked two separate reservations for consecutive... More
