The garden view was fabulous! I guess most of rooms have a balcony with a table and chairs, so it was a great pleasure to have coffee early in the morning looking on Nice down there and sniffing the wonderful air. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, a lot of storing place everywhere - cabinets, shelves, closets, nothing...

We've had to live after one day and a couple of arguments with the staff. No consideration for any of our requests They have a one shoot sales strategy (they know you'll only come once anyway) so they didn't care for your comfort. It's a must to experience the worst services in the world!!!

Nice place to stay if you are traveling with a budget in mind. Place is far from the city so it was difficult to get a commute. Although the a walk to the city is always a pleasure. Beach is quite close.

To find the accommodation was not easy. Everything that you need you have to pay with excessive amount of money, for example tower set for one person cost 6 euro,so if it is family of 3 , then 18 euro, small cleaning kit 5 euro. And they include half of toilet roll for 3 people for 5days, reception was not willing...

This accommodation is a long walk from the centre of Nice, during the day buses operate at 1.50 euros each way per person but I have no idea how to get back to the apartments after 9pm no bus service was obvious. It took us approx 30 mins to walk from the centre of town up a steep hill. The...

Great little place. When you look from the balcony most family’s set up their tables on the balcony and prepare and eat their food there. There is not a great choicel locally for eating out however a small bus ride into nice and you have everything you could possibly wish for.

Not the most charming appartment, but good value compared to the most hotels in Nice. Clean, well equiped and functional. Close to the beach and fifteen minutes from the centre by bike.

The room, bathroom, and mini kitchen and balcony were all very clean. We were on a family trip at the end of March with a rental car. About three blocks down to Blvd des Anglais, the main Seafront street has easy public transportation to old Nice. The beach is just across the street from the Boulevard...what a great city the...

These well equipped self-catering studios contain all you need to enjoy your time in Nice if you are staying for longer than a couple of days. Reception does close at the times stated, so factor that in to your check in and out, and you do have to leave credit card details for a security deposit. No charge is made...

Will start with the ONLY negative: the Maeva Residence is located up a hill - but although it is not steep, would still hope your suitcase has wheels and would recommend comfortable shoes (no high heels!). It is only an eight minutes walk (probably less if you're younger and fitter than me!) down the hill to the supermarket and bus...

“Choose a different hotel, it's the best tip I can offer you!”
  • Kitchen area, our wine rack and bottom of cupboards...
  • A closer look at the kitchen units...
  • We had a wonky table that was supported by a piece of old cardboard...
  • Units in the bathroom are well worn...
  • The hotel walls obviously need some work...
  • Electric cables clearly visible above fridge and in kids reach...
  • Carpet was heavily stained throughout...
  • Wall light hung nice and straight...
