My partner and i stayed here for 4 nights in march 2015, and enjoyed our stay so much. Initially we were worried about what to expect because we got such a great deal, but when we arrived we couldnt believe how perfectly located the hotel was. We walked everywhere during our stay and decided we definately got the best location,...

This is a 3-star hotel so naturally you don't get all the amenities of higher-starred places. But where it counts, it is excellent. The beds were very comfortable, the room was quiet (we had a room at the back with a window opening to a courtyard - no view at all, but quietness was our priority). The location is very...

Very reasonably price room rate but limited amenities in the room and no room service and the rooms don't even have a coffee maker. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the location is great with all what you need in and around the hotel. Definitely recommend for budget travellers..

The Hotel is located right in the centre of Nice. Rooms are good though bathroom space a bit tight. Reception are very friendly & welcoming. Breakfast good and if not included in overnight rate costs an additional €14 per person.

This was our fourth visit to Hotel de Suede and we were just as satisfied as on our previous trips. We arrived mid morning and were asked to wait for ten minutes whilst our room was finished off. Check in is usually mid afternoon, so I call that good service. The room was large (three bedded) overlooking Avenue de Suede....

I chose this hotel for a winter short break on its position, close to sea and old town and it lived up to the high praise given on this and on quality and value for money also by other reviewers. I stayed here for 3 nights in January and cannot fault this hotel. I was in a top (6th) floor...

The location of this hotel is just perfect. You are right at the center of everything, and will not need to use any form of public transportation. The hotel is a 2 mins walk away from Promenade des Anglais. The hotel lies between Rue de Massena and Rue de France Pedestrian Zone; great locations for tons of restaurants, shops, and...

This hotel was ideally placed to explore the beautiful city of Nice. Once again I cannot speak highly enough about the staff at the hotel. Reception went out of their way to help us with suggestions as to where to go, and how to get there. The staff at breakfast each morning always greater us with friendly and warm smiles....

We stayed 4 nights and had no complaints at all. The hotel is located very close to Place Massena and Promenade des Anglais, just walking distance. Breakfast was good but not very spacious (the croissants were delicious). Staff was very friendly and nice. Our room was not very large , but it was always kept clean. Wifi was free and...

We just returned from three nights in Nice. The hotel is minutes from the Airport Express Bus 98 drop off (Albert 1er) and pick up (Gustave) locations. It is also surrounded by restaurants and shops, minutes from the beach/Promenade des Anglais and the amazing Promenade Du Paillon (gorgeous park just perfect for walking in the evening), and old town Nice....
