Maybe the maintenance of the hotel is a bit poor. The furniture old, and the closet is so small!!! The worst thing is that I had an exterior room and it was so noisy. there are nightclubs close to the hotel, so the quality of the sleep is very bad. They have the smallest lift I've seen in my life...

The room and interior design of the hotel were very pretty and stylish. Room was quite big and hotel staff friendly. Located also one minute walk to the beach and a great laundromat is only a few minutes away. Supermarket is also opposite which is very handy.

Very nice hotel located near the Promenade des Anglais in a quiet area easily accessible by several bus lines. We stayed there for 10 days and despite the flash flood of 3 October 15 where we lost hot water for 3 days, the hotel staff remained very positive and extremely accommodating. We'l l return for sure.

A small appartment clean and modern. Nice interor design. We fellt comfortable. Wiffi wasn't working. The good aspect was that it stays next to the promenade and it is close to everything. The parc car is in yhe front of the building so you dont have to worry about your car. Izabela from Rome.

We stayed here Oct, 2015. The room and bath were very small, but clean. I am giving 4 stars because of the staff -- great at communication prior to arrival, awesome maps of the area, and knowledgeable with giving travel assistance. The elevator is terrible -- barely 1 small person with luggage can fit inside. The bed was very comfortable...

The location of the hotel is spot on! Very close to the beach . Just 2 min walk. Actually is close to everywhere. Wifi not good at all. The isolation is not that great and you can hear the tv next room. Great service from staff!

Nice hotel. Clean and staff are friendly. Room was comfortable with a nice bathroom. The French just don't get showers, we had one but no shower curtain! We had breakfast once which was a typical French one and wasn't bad. Location is fine about half a mile from the old town. Only downside for us was no bar.

Nice is not a cheap place to stay, but this little hotel was a tucked away gem. We loved Nice and this little hotel. Don't expect anything spectacular, it's a basic set up but it's walking distance to the centre of town and only a skip from the beach. Quick tips: The WIFI is horrendous - so don't expect to...

The hotel was in a great location, about 3 minute walk to the beach and Boardwalk that is filled with delicious restaurants/bars. The room was alright but a lot of noise comes in from outside at night and the wifi didn't work in our room at all. Overall the hotel was alright quality but not accurately advertised. There are great...

The hotel is located 1 minute walking to the beach. Very convenient to go to main areas and sea front promenade. The rooms are small but finally we only stayed there during night. Internet very slow! Something to improve. The rest was perfect. For car parking we got charged €15 per day. We stayed on many other places, they offered...
