Last week I stayed in this little hotel for a one night only. Single room was very small, indeed clean, low-priced breakfast in the courtyard private parking place fee 15Eur Staff very polite. Good location to explore Nice, minute to famous promenade Anglais. Overall I recommend stay at this hotel.

The location of the hotel is very good. Just 50meters from promenade des anglais. There is a small parking with a fee but you have to reserve in advance. The showers dont have any curtains, so when you shower , you wash the whole bathroom as well.

The hotel was faultless, we requested and had, a lovely bath. The room had large traditional windows which were a delight but I have to mention a possible problem. Now I may be being paranoid, but I noticed a fellow sitting across the street with a clear view of the hotel and staring for quite some time towards the windows....

My husband and I returned today from 4 nights at this boutique hotel.Very near to the promenade and buses to and from airport . Lovely staff could not have been more helpful and friendly , room was warm clean and nicely decorated with toiletries and hairdryer, towels changed daily and bedding was changed whilst we were there.Breakfast was pleasant enough and...

The room was really over priced for what it was, with an additional charge of 15 euro per night for a carpark too! This hotel has poor ventilation and smells bad with a fragrance to cover up the cigarette and other cleaning chemical odours. The location is a street back from the beach so your room doesn’t have a view,...

This hotel wasn't our first choice but as the whole city was fully booked we had no option. I was travelling on leisure with my husband and my 80-year old mother. The rooms are small and slightly worn out, but very clean. Walls are thin so the TV from next door is clearly audible. The airconditioner is quite loud too,...

Maybe the maintenance of the hotel is a bit poor. The furniture old, and the closet is so small!!! The worst thing is that I had an exterior room and it was so noisy. there are nightclubs close to the hotel, so the quality of the sleep is very bad. They have the smallest lift I've seen in my life...

The room and interior design of the hotel were very pretty and stylish. Room was quite big and hotel staff friendly. Located also one minute walk to the beach and a great laundromat is only a few minutes away. Supermarket is also opposite which is very handy.

Very nice hotel located near the Promenade des Anglais in a quiet area easily accessible by several bus lines. We stayed there for 10 days and despite the flash flood of 3 October 15 where we lost hot water for 3 days, the hotel staff remained very positive and extremely accommodating. We'l l return for sure.
