I had the most amazing stay in this quiet and pretty little boutique hotel right by the promenade. It really was just what i wanted. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The decor just beautiful, lovely finishing touches an adorable lounge serving free tea and coffee at selected times. The room was well equipped, cosy with good storage space...

Very good value for money, recently renovated small hotel right next to the Promenade Anglais. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Room was not that big, but clean, modern and well equipped. Highly recommended!

Cosy hotel very close to the Promendade d'Anglais. We had a balcony with a vista on the street and also - 100m away - we could see the Promenade. Nice breakfast - and really very nice and attentive staff . Will go again when in Nice.

Pros - Excellent location start for your saunter down the Promenade des Anglais, at the Negresco end, the N hotel is all of about 5 mins walk and then onwards to beach side restaurants, the markets, old Town round to the War Mémorial, which is an amazing piece of sculpture, especially when lit at night and then upto the Harbour,...

We had a room with a balcony that overlooked the court yard. It's a great little hotel in a very quiet location but very close to the beach and good restaurants around it. The staff were all very friendly and helpful would recommend it and stay there again.

Stayed here this week in an Executive room. Good location 1 minute walk from the Promenade Des Anglais. Only spoilt by the noise from the Carrefour opposite taking deliveries and the balconies are directly overlooked by the neighbouring residential apartments across the street. Great friendly staff, air conditioning in the room, which was much needed when the outside temperature was...

The welcome and advice where to go was warm and friendly. Parking is available onsite for a moderate fee and is easy to find as its...

We unfortunately did not enjoy our stay at this hotel. As mentioned on other reviews the position was brilliant so close to the town centre, restuarants, beach etc. However the very basic requirements were sadly missing.Due to cost saving I was told that there were no tea making in the rooms.First night I requested an extra pillow .This caused quite a stir...
