The main attraction of this hotel is its convenient location to the Old Town area of Nice and to the Promenade Des Anglais. The hotel has much potential and it generally fulfilled our needs for our short but enjoyable stay in Nice. However, we felt the small room we had and the hotel foyer area in general are in need...

I was dubious about booking this hotel based on the reviews below. Myself and a pal stayed for 5 x nights for a late season getaway and it was totally fine. Location in the old town is perfect, basically just off the Prom. As we were late season maybe everything is a bit more relaxed but I thought the service...

Dear nicklee1968, Thank you for your review posted on TripAdvisor. First of all I would like to apologize for the inconvenience encountered. The unsolvable situation we were in, compelled us to make a reservation in a different hotel for your 1st night in Nice. Even if Holyday Inn style is different from Beau Rivage we are assured about the quality...

As annual visitors to Nice we always make a point at spending our days on the sunbeds/beach @ Beau Rivage. (Never stayed at the hotel). Apart from being a really relaxing place, the main reason we return is because of 2 members of the beach/bar staff. MOUSSA and CHRISTOPHE. They are incredibly friendly and professional. They really cant do enough...

Dear Robert D, I would like to thank you for posting such a great comment regarding the personnel service at the Beau Rivage Beach Club.It is a blessing to have thoughtful employees. We are all very pleased that they provided you, once more, an outstanding service. The Heineken bottles are provided by our supplier “France Boissons” but they only sell...

Excellent location. Close to the old town and quaint restaurant, the beach, the port and Main shopping streets. Far (20mins walk) from the train station. Airport bus 98 stops within a few hundred meters. (Every 12 mins during the day, can be every 30 mins in the evening. Not at all after midnight). The breakfast was an excellent self service...

Upon arrival at 19.00 hrs on a Saturday evening, there was nobody at the desk. After a few minutes we got the barman to pull someone away from whatever they were doing in the back. Rooms are quite small, with facilities that were only just adequate. Four sachets of generic hair/body wash rather than shampoo/conditioner etc. Only one of the...

We are coming with a group of 20 rooms in a couple of days and the hotel manage to overbook the manager of the group who is coming ahead of the group. Service is very bad and the receptionist claims that there is something wrong with the rooms. Next time in Nice we stay somewhere else.

I'm going to start by the worst and last that happened. I ordered a taxi the night before our departure, they got us "private van" and the trip was 35 EUROS to the Airport! OUTRAGEOUS for a less than 7km/4.5 miles trip. You'd think someone in the Front desk could tell you about the price, right? This hotel is clearly...

Contemporary hotel in a great proximity to beach, shopping, old town with great restaurants and many sites. The breakfast had nice hot and cold selections. I booked the beach package. Not sure it was necessary to do so in September. There were plenty of lounge chairs available. Reservations for the beach are always needed. Didn't seem that the package guatanteed...
