We only stayed here for 3 nights and were sad to leave. The location of the hotel could not be more idea for sight seeng the Nice. Buses are near by as are the bike rentals that you see all over the city. Close to shops and the beautiful marina. Plenty of restaurants are within walking distance.

This hotel is way round the other side of the port and we didn't get a good start when the taxi driver charged 50 euros , 20 more than we should have paid because the bus was on strike ! The hotel access is up stairs but though the foyer is pleasant there is no comfortable seating and no lounging... More

We stay here for a night only during the Monaco Grand Prix but we have actually been for the Maroon 5 concert. I have bought this room few days before and I did not know anything about this hotel before. I was influenced to buy a night in this hotel from the photos. It may not be perfect but my... More

Nice hotel, small rooms but tidy and clean. We stayed just for one night. The hotel in the harbour area but it's a quiet place. You just have to walk for about 10 minutes to reach the city centerm but you can find boulangeries and brasseries for your breakfast. It has a stunning view on the sea. Fare is fair!

There are 50 steps to go up to the lobby or a ramp some 75 feet long of a steep incline - no luggage carts and no one to help. At check-in the staff was more interested in each other than in any customer service. The breakfast was very meager and only cold foods. The hallway lights did not work.... More

This is a nice, but not flashy hotel with a great view over the harbor and the Mediterranian. Good location just on short walking distance from the Old Town. Free parking. Good standard breakfast. The rooms without sea view give very good value for money.

Located right on seafront at Port end of town. View from rooms on seaward side are excellent. We had room on fourth floor which is accessible via lift. A large room, only let down was the size of the shower which is extremely small.A big bonus is the free parking

The price of the hotel and a beautiful view cannot compensate the low standard of the room! Rooms in this hotel are just terrible, noisy, too cold in winter, to hot in summer. Last time water kept on dripping in the radiator all night long. Staff is utterly not interested in problem solving, and wi-fi is just NOT working in... More

I booked this hotel following recommadation from my family in law. I needed to find two rooms for last week-end (19 to 20 /12/15) The proposed fees for two rooms with sea view was wonderful : 124 € for two rooms. Hôtel as a free parking. It is located near the Harbour, near ancient town. Superbe !
