We had such a lovely time at this hotel - the staff were friendly and welcoming, the room quiet and spacious, and there is a fabulous roof terrace with sun loungers for the day, and a bar (which has a daily happy hour with half price drinks) for the evening. Breakfast was served during the very reasonable hours of 7-10.30...

Good three star hotel, with a variety of different rooms. Breakfast is reasonable for this type of hotel, and the evening meals are good. half board is available. Secure parking is available, and is a must because parking in Menton is a nightmare! However, it is not particularly cheap at around 15 Euros per day. Rooms at the front can...

We were in room 215 at the far end of the corridor by the fire exit. It overlooked a little pathway and green area slightly to the right of the balcony and towards another building straight ahead but there was a big enough gap, that the building opposite, didn't feel intrusive. It was very quiet but you could hear the...

We stayed for 5 nights Bed & Breakfast and found the hotel excellent. Location was perfect for waling along the lovely streets of the Old Town and exploring the Cathedral and other sights. Also, it was possible to walk for less than 5 minutes to the sea front and beach. We had dinner in the hotel on the first evening...

I cannot believe for the amount we paid ( USD160 per night) for a priviledge room, we got a very small, dark and basic room, the wardrobe was a cheap plywood board, not doors, only an hotrrible dirty cloth hanging there, the bed had this ugly dirty smelly bed cover that is so out of date, no hotels in better...

We booked here because of price and location. It is near the center of the old town and near where our friends have an apartment (where we stay when they aren't here). We were supposedly given a "superior room" although we aren't sure what that means. It isn't tiny but there isn't anything that makes this superior. Our terrace is...

Excellent location near train station for a stay in Menton. Bit of an ugly building but hotel nice and clean, good breakfast, including tea pots for Brits and their morning cuppas! Hotel a bit lacking in character and but good for a short stay in a beautiful resort. Hotel also has apartments to rent, which would better value for a...

Hotel is ideally located - a short walk from the old town, the station and the newer town where there are more practicaly shops rather than souvenirs and ice cream. Room (Superior Room) was well appointed. The air conditioning was overly efficient at times but welcome given the 30 degree heat outside! Pillows were a little uncomfortable and the showers...

Stayed here in Sep 2006 with a bunch of guys on motorbikes. Secure underground car park good. Room was a bit small with awful view into nothing. Clean & pleasant otherwise. Recommend if your not planning to spend too much time in your room. Went back in 2008, booked online via a third party website 3 months before. When I...

We spent our honeymoon here out of season. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a little noisy, even outside of high season, due to a walkway running under the balconies. We did not a side-facing view of a garden so were expecting it to be a little quieter but this is a minor point. The decor is unusual,...
