This is a lovely, very friendly hotel in Juan les Pins. Nice décor with an old fashioned and elegant charm about it. The view is beautiful view of the sea, especially from the restaurant. In addition the staff was extremely friendly. I would highly recommend to go there.

We have paid 350$ CAD for one night believing this is a 5 stars hotel. We feel bad for those who probably paid more during high season. There was no doorman or bellman. The bathroom is very small and awkward. The breakfast is not included and wildly overpriced (7€ for tea) and 27€ for their continental breakfast when asked about...

We were visiting relatives with holiday accommodation in Juan Les Pins and were told this was the place to stay. The hotel is just south of the main town, roughly where the sandy beach peters out and the rocky Cap d'Antibes begins. It is literally only five minutes walk into the popular pedestrianised area but is separate from it and...

Dear Guest, many thanks for having chosen the Hotel Belles Rives as well as for review. Guests remarks are highly appreciated and we are delighted to read that you enjoyed the relaxed summer atmosphere of our propoerty. If there is a hotel which epitomises the French Riviera, it's this one. For starters it is directly on the Med and faces the epic sunsets and fireworks of Golfe Juan. The restaurant and beach club offer a commanding view of one of the most beautiful stretches of the Riviera. But as an overnight stay, it is not a particularly...

Lovely hotel with fantastic staff - from the moment we parked our car opposite the hotel and before we knew it someone was helping us with our cases to the departure and the lovely note left for us in the car, everyone was helpful. A 3 night stay in a suite with sea view, and fabulous sunsets. The suite was bright and fresh with large marble bathroom. The wallpaper included a golden fly motif, which only in France would look stylish, and it did. A room on first floor above the piano bar was a mixed blessing. The hotel is right on the waterfront,...

The coast of France was tres magnifique. On occasion I would stroll down the beach in my Gucci swimsuit and drive down the streets in my Mclaren. Oh how wonderful thy venue is!!! I rediscovered myself here, and I fell in love with Simon Leroux, an eligible bachelor.
