This SHOULD be a good hotel. It is in a good location in Isola right next to the Piste. Our room was pleasant and reasonably well furnished - for the star rating albeit never cleaned over the week. However, other reviews are spot on. The service is SHOCKING with The Manager and her staff rude, obstructive and actually just unpleasant....

The only positive comments I have about this hotel is firstly the location, it really is in the perfect position, ski in and ski out. Secondly the room, albeit small it was adequate for the two of us. We paid to go all inclusive but WOULD NOT recommend this option to anyone. The hot option was never hot, hardly warm...

The location was perfect and central for a short skiing break. The room was basic and our visit would have been easier with a few small changes to the room, such as hooks for coats and a mirror. We needed to move the bed in order to open the wardrobe door. Staff seemed to all take their breaks at the...

After some of the recent poor reviews it was with some trepidation that we arrived at this hotel and the initial reaction is that it was bit as bad as we feared. Think of this more as a two star hotel and not a three star and you will be more on the mark. The whole place needs a major...

The only positive about this hotel is the location. If you read this review simply don't book. You would be better off ANYWHERE else. On arrival at 9.50 the Bar was closed not much to drink in it anyway! The Hotel allocated us double rooms for ladies in our 50's who didn't know each other and frankly didn't care one...

The rooms were small, clean and functional. The hotel is in a good location. Our stay was let down by the rude and unhelpful manager who went out of her way to be obstructive rather than helpful in resolving an issue. The breakfast was good but was left out for the lunch which all looked tired by 1pm. The supper...

The hotel is of very poor standard. The food is awful..... we were all inclusive (which ends at 10pm!) and did not eat one meal in the hotel. The pool is rotten. There is no pump circulation and heavy mould around the edges.Part of the ceiling has fallen down and the water cold! The "entertainment" is awful and music still...

We are at the hotel now nearing the end of our holiday. Cannot understand previous complaints. Unloading is possible by a small staircase into the main building then straight into the hotel. Surely it would be sensible to check the location of the hotel before arrival? We have stayed in most places and hotels here in over 30 years and...

This is the nightmare vacation I ever had !!! This hotel is terrible !!! Manager with the hotel behave arrogantly !!! I arrived at Isola 2000 at 17:00 hours, I can not find the hotel more than 40 minutes. Then I realized that the hotel itself has no entrance from the outside nor any information how to get to it....
