Very charming and comfortable little hotel, right in the heart of the old town, and very close to the railway station. I had a room looking onto the street, with typical french doors and balcony. It's very clean and good value. All the restaurants, cafes and bars are nearby. I loved it.

Stayed here for one night and this hotel exceeded our expectations. A budget hotel that was perfect for our stay and great base for exploring Cannes in 24 hours. The hotel is centrally located, less than a five minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk to the beaches. The price for a one night stay was very reasonable. We stayed in a superior double room and found it to be spacious, clean and modern. The air con worked perfectly and there were facilities in the kitchen for making tea or using the microwave if you wanted. Even though the hotel was at capacity it was super quiet both inside and on the streets outside in the evening and were were never disturbed. The staff we met were all very friendly and spoke enough English for us all to get by. I would recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a good value budget hotel for a short stay.

Stayed here for 4 nights in September. A small place but in an excellent location for everything. Literally one minute from station and five minutes from the Croisette and nearest beach. Doesn't look much from the outside but inside the rooms are clean and comfortable. The bedrooms are compact but have everything you need with the very useful additions of a microwave, coffee machine, sink, fridge and a few utensils. The furniture is functional but the bed was comfortable with good quality cotton linen. The air-conditioning worked well and we had a double-glazed door with a Juliet balcony. There is no restaurant or breakfast room at this hotel but you can either prepare your own in your room or better still, enjoy the wonderful croissants at one of the many cafes or bakeries. Our favourite bakery is down by the Forville Marketplace where you can sit outside with a coffee and homemade quiche/pastries and watch the hustle and bustle of the market. The bathroom was again small but the shower was always hot and powerful. Good quality towels, bedding and toiletries. The staff are pleasant and helpful and we managed to understand each other well, even with my limited French. We asked for extra pillows and it was no problem. No English channels on the TV but then you don't go to Cannes to watch TV. On our last day we were able to use the shower room in the basement sauna to wash and change before leaving for the airport. The staircase is narrow and steep but the manageress insisted on helping with our suitcases. I would say the hotel is best suited to younger people or couples who are looking for a clean, friendly place, representing excellent value for money. If you want to be close to everything without paying for a luxury hotel on the Croisette, then this is a very good option. Tip - take your preferred teabags with you and microwave your hot water for your morning cup of tea! We also took extra nespresso pods with us for the coffee machine, although some rooms have a Dolce Gusto machine depending which room you get. Wine glasses and corkscrew provided, so you can buy your own wine in Mono Prix round the corner and keep it cold in the fridge. We arrived early and were able to check in late morning as soon as our room had been cleaned. They will look after your bags for you before check in or after check out. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Well placed in Cannes centre. No breakfast room ( not an issue thanks many bars nearby ). I was at 2nd floor ( no elevator ). Bed and pillow was very good. The small size of rooms and hall usually are balanced with a higher quality of forniture but not in this one, reason why I rated 3 stars. There was also a little microwave and sink to obtain a little kitchen in the room. Good the price/quality ratio.

The greatest advantage of the hotel is its location, since it´s in centre of the town, just above the main shopping street and close enough to the beach. One-minute walk from train station, which connects Cannes with other Cote d´Azur destinations. As to the hotel itself - room was extremely small, bed for two 140 cm breadth, also very uncomfortable, we totally ruined our backs through the stay there. There is also almost no closet space in the room, no place to put your stuff, you can´t even move around the room. However, the main setback: no actuall door for the toilet! Since the toilet is right next to the room, there is perhaps visual isolation, but not an acoustic one ... So this was very uncomfortable. Bathroom small as well, you can barely enter shower. With open curtains, you could see right to the opposite hotel room. No elevator and very narrow stairacase - do not recommend for the elderly (it was quite challenge to get our suitcases up and then back down). Stuff couldn´t speak English. Otherwise, room nicely equipped (modern) and good, daily room cleaning.

Great central location: a few steps from rue d'Antibes and near the train station, therefore easy to reach. The hotel is well-maintained and very fashionable. The staff is very helpful and friendly. If I would ever return to Cannes, I definitely would stay here!

We booked this hotel following the recommendations on trip advisor. We arrived yesterday and it is perfect. It is a few minutes walk to the promenade. You turn left out of hotel and keep walking and you arrive at Cannes Film Festival and the promenade. The hotel is immaculately clean and our room had a small balcony, kitchenette and a modern bathroom. There are 3 flights of stairs but this helped us work off the wine! The owners helped us carry our luggage and are very friendly. I would highly recommend.

It's easy to see why this hotel gets such good reviews. It's in the perfect location for travellers, it's rooms are clean, quiet, modern and stylish and the staff get everything just right. The bathrooms are modern with large showers and the wifi connection is good. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Don't worry about the stairs, they will carry your luggage to your room for you.

Clean rooms, very friendly staff, but be prepared has no lift, just stairs. But the location of the hotel is just amazing - almost in center, close to the sea and train station. Room are almost new, with everything you need. Great place for short stay.
